Stoke City manager Michael O'Neill has tested positive for Covid-19 after the latest round of testing on Monday.
A planned practice match between Stoke and Manchester United was cancelled at short notice on Tuesday once the situation became apparent.
Stoke had arrived at United's Carrington training base and were in the academy building when they found out.
Stoke said the former Northern Ireland boss will now follow the relevant guidance and have a period of isolation.

West Bromwich Albion will resume their Championship promotion push with a home game against local rivals Birmingham City later this month.
No Championship fixtures have been played since 8 March because of the coronavirus pandemic, and the EFL's restart date is provisional, subject to safety requirements being met.
If it is confirmed, fixtures will resume on 20 June and will also see Stoke City travel to Reading as they will look to pull further clear of relegation trouble.
Fulham will play Brentford in the first Championship game to be played when the second-tier resumes on 20 June.

Some Stoke City players have approached the club with concerns about the Championship season resuming, chief executive Tony Scholes has revealed.
Games are due to restart on 20 June and Mr Scholes said: "We have to respect players' individual circumstances."
He added the club had a few first team players who were out of contract and "weighing up their own situation".
In other club news, James Chester, on loan from Aston Villa, has had his stay extended.
The Championship will restart on 20 June, more than three months after it was suspended because of the coronavirus pandemic.
