Kevin Kilbane
Ex-Everton and Republic of Ireland winger on Football Focus
"I loved playing at Goodison Park but I think for the club to go forward, a new stadium needed. I have been so surprised, with all the new owners in the Premier League, that no one has come into Everton, it is a brilliant club.
"Where they are in the league is not good enough but it is certainly an attractive proposition for owners."

Everton v West Brom (15:00 GMT)
Simon Brotherton
Match of the Day commentator
"Two and a half weeks after losing out on a trip to Wembley to Manchester City, Everton seem to have changed the dynamic of their season and are in fine form coming into this one.
"Rather than fall away, they've won three in a row by the same 3-0 scoreline and last week won consecutive games in the league for the first time all season. Are they finally finding some consistency?
"Meanwhile, West Brom's 1-0 defeat at Newcastle last week was described by Tony Pulis as their worst performance on the road during his time there.
"They followed it up by scraping past Peterborough in the FA Cup and are likely to find it hard work here against the Premier League's third highest scorers."
