    Hearts 1-2 Celtic

If you're a Hearts fan, look away now. The home defence make a dog's dinner of clearing their lines and the predatory Patrick Roberts is on hand to profit like an opportunist Dickensian pick-pocket, drawing Neil Alexander before dinking the ball home.

Gavin in Newcastle: Being born in Ipswich and living in Newcastle I would love to see Norwich relegated but have a secret like for Sunderland so it's a bit confusing for me.

Tom in Margate: Big soft spot for Brentford cos of an old teacher at my primary school called Mr Edwards who was a big Brentford fan. He was a bit of a ledge and importantly he did bee keeping as a hobby and used to wear all the gear to fancy dress days. Committed!

Nothing to do with the Premier League relegation battle, but a lovely tale Tom.

Brad Gould: Always had a soft spot for Newcastle. Became a football fan when Alan Shearer was chasing 200+ goals.

Stephen Cummins: I want Norwich to stay up because they were my favourite subbuteo team, their 1991 league/cup double lives long in the memory!

Jamie McKellar: I want Sunderland to go down because my horrible ex-girlfriend supports them.

I hope she's not reading this Jamie...

Pretty sure I've never seen a Norwich team in Subbuteo. They can't stand in for many other teams can they? All yellow.

Gaz Sloane: Norwich. Had a work meeting once with Norfolk police and they took the traditonal "hot chocolate o'clock" break. Lollipops too. Ace.

Chris: Newcastle. They are one of the best supported clubs in the Premier League.

  13. 'Stoke have to turn it on'published at 13:34 British Summer Time 30 April 2016

    Stoke v Sunderland (15:00 BST)

    Guy Mowbray
BBC Match of the Day commentator on Football Focus

"Sunderland have been the overall best team in the bottom half of the league since the turn of year.

"But they have not got the wins their performances have warranted. They have to go to Stoke today and win and I think a lot of people will fancy them to.

"Stoke have got to turn it back on, they have shipped four goals in each of their last three games. If Stoke win all their last three games then they will have had their best Premier League season for a third season in a row. Can they turn it back on? I am not so sure."

Will Fisk: My fiancée's dad is a die hard Mackem. I'm a born and bred Pompey fan, and had never been anywhere near the north east prior to meeting her. Since then I find myself screaming for Sunderland in the Tyne-Wear Derby and was even at the game with the Defoe volley. Feels odd to be cheering a team in red and white and that has Defoe upfront after the manner of his Pompey exit. Very much becoming a 2nd team by sucking up to the to-be father-in-law! So very much hoping Sunderland stay up today as my in laws travel down to the Britannia this afternoon. Failing Sunderland staying up, as long as Newcastle go down, then that may soften the blow.

Newcastle v Crystal Palace (15:00 BST)

    Jonathan Pearce
Match of the Day commentator at St James' Park on Football Focus

    Sam AllardyceImage source, Reuters

"Sam Allardyce has been playing mind games by saying Crystal Palace are 'on the pop' after their FA Cup semi-final. It is aimed at putting pressure on Newcastle.

"FA Cup finals have affected the form of teams in recent years such as Aston Villa and Hull. Alan Pardew is coming back to St James' Park for the first time since leaving. He still has a tender spot for the area, but he will remember the vitriolic banners of the last campaign, he will want to finish the season with a bang. He also has players playing for places in the FA Cup, while injuries might affect his team selection."

    Arsenal v Norwich (17:30 BST)

    Trevor Sinclair
Former England winger on Football Focus

"I wrote Norwich off six weeks ago and then they looked like they had form and now they've slumped back into it. Look at the managers, Arsene Wenger and Alex Neil, it is like a mismatch. If Norwich can get anything at The Emirates today I will be very surprised."
