"I don't think Newcastle have got the players to survive. Benitez will look at a DVD of Newcastle playing and will be very frightened.

"He is not a man-manager and there are lots of players that are not good enough for the Premier League and are not bothered about what happens to Newcastle.

"There will be players who have release clauses and if Newcastle go into the Championship then they won't be there.

"If Benitez keeps them up it is a loaves and fishes job."

Watford make three changes from the team that lost 1-0 at home to Leicester last Saturday. Craig Cathcart, Valon Behrami and Adlene Guedioura come in for Jose Holebas, Mario Suarez and Nordin Amrabat.

"The next three games are huge for Rafael Benitez and Newcastle. They play Leicester, Sunderland and Norwich next. You only have to finish above Norwich to stay up; I think it's two from Sunderland, Newcastle and Norwich to stay up. The Norwich game is as big as any other fixture they will face."
