You may have spotted that Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has snuck on to the bench today.

He last featured in the FA Cup win over Hull a month ago, when he came on as a sub, only to go off 16 minutes later with a thigh injury.

Totes emosh Arsenal fans. It's your last trip to Upton Park.

    Or the Boleyn Ground.

I know it's technically called the Boleyn Ground, but I'm sure people have been using it more this season, like some trendy hipsters pretending they know more about football than the rest of us.

While we're looking back at breakthrough seasons and matching them up with movies, we should take a look at the last time Arsenal achieved the aim they're hunting down this season.

The Gunners have plenty of work to do if they're to close the 11-point gap on leaders Leicester (it will be eight points if they win their game in hand).

But the last time they won a Premier League title was in 2004. Fittingly it was the season of Arsene Wenger's unbeaten Invincibles, the same year the Disney classic the Incredibles was released.

    Super.

All to play for this lunchtime.

The Hammers can usurp Man United and put pressure on the top four with a win.

Arsenal can continue to test that granite-like resolve of Leicester if they pick up three points.

West Ham v Arsenal (12:45 BST)

There are two changes for West Ham then.

Andy Carroll starts, as does James Tomkins. Cheikhou Kouyate is also in the XI after having his red card against Palace overturned.

Diafra Sakho and Emmanuel Emenike miss out.

Subs: Randolph, Hendrie, Oxford, Obiang, Moses, Valencia, Emenike

Arsene Wenger keeps the same Arsenal XI that beat Watford 4-0, including man of the moment Alex Iwobi.

Here we go folks. Title-chasing Arsenal (they're still title-chasing, right?) are at Champions League-chasing West Ham.

The Hammers can pull level, albeit temporarily, with Man City in fourth if they win today.

The last time the Upton Park side finished in the top four in the top flight was the same month one of the greatest films of all time was released: Short Circuit (the first one, of course).

In 1986, the Iron came fourth in the Old Division One - they finished four points behind champions Liverpool and three points behind runners-up Everton.

Johnny Five would have loved being alive at that point in history.
