  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:13 British Summer Time 7 May 2016

    West Ham 0-3 Swansea

Lukasz Fabianski to Swansea's rescue. After his cross from the right is half-cleared and then returned, Michail Antonio darts in to collect the ball before firing on target from about 10 yards. It is too close to Fabianski, though, and the keeper makes an instinctive save to keep the ball out.

    Bournemouth 0-1 West Brom

If Tony Pulis was a shopkeeper he would have turned over the 'Closed' sign at the break. Albion have shut up shop in the second half. Bournemouth not looking like sneaking in around the back.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:11 British Summer Time 7 May 2016

    Aston Villa 0-0 Newcastle

Rafa's seen enough. The Newcastle gaffer hauls off Papiss Cisse, throwing on angry striker Aleksandar Mitrovic instead. "You channel that aggression positively son," might have been what Rafa whispered in his ear.

    Sunderland 1-2 Chelsea

Sunderland need to come out blazing. But they're not. DeAndre Yedlin swings in a cross from the right, but it has too much biff for Jermain Defoe to convert at the far post.

Chelsea quickly break up the other end, Vito Mannone alert enough to block Diego Costa's low strike.

    Ki Sung-yueng

This is remarkable. What has happened to West Ham? And to Swansea for that matter? The away side make it three as Mo Barrow gets away down the left and crosses for Ki Sung-yueng to volley home. Never mind blowing bubbles, Swansea are bursting them here.

  6. Close!published at 16:06 British Summer Time 7 May 2016

    Aston Villa 0-0 Newcastle

Head down, knee over the ball. First rule when you're smashing a bouncing ball at goal. No-one told Jack Colback. The Newcastle midfielder blazes the game's first proper chance over the Villa bar.

Great work by Andros Townsend ends in a teasing cross that Papiss Cisse fresh-airs before it falls to Colback. Got to score. Especially when a win will move your team four points clear of the drop zone (as things stand).

  7. League Two latestpublished at 16:05 British Summer Time 7 May 2016

Away from the Premier League, there is some serious promotion business to be sorted out in League Two this afternoon.

It's a three-way tussle for the two remaining automatic promotion slots. Accrington, Oxford and Bristol Rovers are all drawing, meaning it is Accrington and Oxford who are on their way up as things stand.

    Delicately poised.

    Dwight Gayle

Alan Pardew offers a satisfied little smile on the touchline. His half-time team-talk has worked wonders for Palace. Yannick Bolasie's direct, mazy run sees him beat a couple of men before the ball is redirected to Dwight Gayle, who finds the net with a side-foot finish.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:03 British Summer Time 7 May 2016

    Crystal Palace 0-1 Stoke

Half-time change for Palace, who have lost Yohan Cabaye to injury. He limps round the side of the pitch with a bag of ice in his hand. Joe Ledley is on in his place.

Former Newcastle defender John Anderson at Villa Park

"It's been 45 minutes from Newcastle that shows them as a timid away team. Benitez has set up his team not to lose, but the Magpies must take the game to Villa to disincentivise them.

"As the game's worn on, Aston Villa have grown into it. That is the last thing Newcastle wanted."

    West Ham 0-2 Swansea

As Leicester have shown this season, possession is not the be-all and end-all. West Ham have had over 60% of the ball at the Boleyn but it is Swansea who have struck twice to take a firm control of the game.

I arrived at The King Power Stadium three hours before kick-off and it looked like the party that started when Leicester City won the Premier League on Monday night had been going all week.

Thousands were thronging around the stadium, fairground rides were on the go and inside the presentation platform was being put in place - not for the title presentation just yet but for a pre-match appearance by world-renowned tenor Andrea Bocellii, who is fulfilling a promise made to Foxes' boss Claudio Ranieri by performing here today.

The atmosphere around this stadium is sensational - and everyone connected with Leicester has every right to revel in the last second of it.
