As usual Italy win the battle of the bands hands down. It's all about that last emphatic Sì!

Germany's anthem is a lumbering centre-half playing with his wrong foot by comparison.

Can Italy play with the L factor? The W factor?

Play like Leicester. Play like Wales.

Italy to win for me because of their record against Germany and how well they played against Spain.

Some jovial face slapping going on in the tunnel as the players get themselves up for this, and then there's a lovely embrace between Buffon and Neuer. We're nearly there...

Antonio Conte was my vice captain at Juventus, he is the perfect fit for Chelsea. His approach is similar to Jose Mourinho's, the players will be used to it. They will have to keep their mouths shut and listen to him. He has time to teach them his philosophy but he needs a little break. He is more exhausted than the players.

He is passionate. Football is his life. He doesn't try to be someone else. During the 90 minutes he wants to win.

This from the real goalkeeping star of the tournament: Northern Ireland's Michael McGovern. Is he still up for grabs?

Italy strikers Eder and Graziano Pelle play very well together. They work as a pair, they understand each other's game. They didn't make their debuts until 28 and 29 and they've adapted as a partnership very quickly.

Remember that England-Germany friendly in March? Back when we were going to win the Euros?

Well three days later the Germans hammered Italy 4-1 - beating them for the first time in 21 years...

Graziano Pelle is Italy's top scorer in Euro 2016 so far, with two. Both of those have been injury-time clinchers.

He netted in the 92nd minute in the opener with Belgium to make it 2-0, and made it the same scoreline against Spain in the last 16 in the 91st minute.

There have been late goals in each of Italy's four matches. Eder scored in the 88th minute as they beat Sweden 1-0, and the only goal they've conceded was Robbie Brady's 85th-minute header in a 1-0 defeat by the Republic of Ireland.

Germany's theory won't change. They'll still expect their wing-backs to give them the width and get balls into the box. It will be a fascinating battle.

Quite simply we are the best at doing the simple things well. We have an incredible sense of mutual responsibility. If you attack, we will come with you. If you defend, we will defend with you.

It's huge Kevin. And it's tense inside the ground. A dead ringer for Roberto Baggio gives the camera a beaming smile down with the Italy fans though. He's even got the 1994 World Cup shirt on. The only thing he's missing is the pony tail.
