Palace's Ian Wright on scoring the equaliser: "I was very emotional, I felt myself welling - it was the greatest moment in my life.
"Four years out of Sunday morning football, against Manchester United to come off the bench and score.
"I had broken my leg twice that season and didn't think I would play.
"What snapped me out of it was I do not like to be piled on to, I was having a panic attack, screaming for them to get off me."

Would Palace boss Steve Coppell twist or turn? He twisted and dealt the ace in the 69th minute.
Wrighty was not quite 100% having broken his leg in a match against Liverpool in January.
The striker, who had scored against United at the start of the season, equalised for his side just three minutes after coming on.
And what a tremendous goal it was. He turned Gary Pallister in the area and slotted his low shot past Jim Leighton.

John Motson
BBC commentator at Wembley in 1990
"Hughes! A devastating finish by Mark Hughes, he shows his goalscoring instinct for a 14th of the season - that puts Manchester United into a 2-1 lead. First class. For a few seconds there Palace lost it, and they've been punished."

Mark Hughes knew how to strike a ball - hard.
This effort wasn't hit quite true, but powerfully enough to give Nigel Martyn little chance.
An attempt to clear Danny Wallace's cross into the area instead saw the ball ricochet off Neil Webb and into the path of Hughes at the back stick.
The Wales striker, falling over, smacked his angled shot past Martyn.

Here's more from Palace striker Ian Wright on the first half of the 3-3 Wembley thriller.
"I was a substitute, but walked out with the guys. I said 'I am not missing this', I was just behind Mark Bright.
"At half-time I was thinking am I getting on or not?"

Captain Marvel came to the rescue for United 10 minutes before half-time.
This time the ball was sent wide right to Brian McClair who floated a cross to the far post where Bryan Robson was standing to nod in.
That was Robbo's third goal in FA Cup finals - quite an achievement.

The opening goal came in the 18th minute courtesy of a player who had joined Palace back in 1987.
Gary O'Reilly, who sported quite a perm, nodded in Phil Barber's free-kick from the right. O'Reilly also scored against Liverpool in the semi.
It stunned Fergie's United side.
Where is he now?
O'Reilly, now 55, still has his hand in football - commentating on the Premier League and now on the Indian Super League.

Having seen off mighty Liverpool with a stunning 4-3 semi-final win, Palace boss and ex-United player Steve Coppell again named a 4-5-1 formation to try to quell United's strong midfield.
Striker Ian Wright began on the bench having recently recovered from a broken leg.
Thoughts on Coppell's leather jacket-tie combo in that BBC interview?

Back to 2016 briefly - and when you get up close to the Wembley pitch, the difference between the freshly-mown and untouched tracks is pretty stark.
This hallowed turf is often likened to a carpet and - while you might not lay it in your living room - it is in absolutely pristine condition.
The weather forecast might put paid to all the hard work later, however, with rain predicted between 13:00 and 17:00 BST.

Judging by what we've seen, United looked strong in the previous rounds.
Manager Alex Ferguson decided to pick Brian McClair and Mark Hughes up front, with Mark Robins, the hero earlier in the competition, on the bench.

Striker Ian Wright, who was 26 at the time, said it was touch and go whether he would play in the final.
"I broke my leg twice in the season. I was thinking I was not going to get a chance to play in it. I was close to missing it.
"I just made the fitness with days to go. Manager Steve Coppell gave me every opportunity to try to get fit - I even had to see a faith healer, Olga Stringfellow, a woman laced with gin.
"I would not say my goals were down to her."
He added:
"I was playing friendly games in the week leading up to it. I remember players get injured.
"I was very tentative, Coppell pulled me at half-time and said if I do not play like I normally do then he could not pass me fit. In the end I made it and the rest was history."

It was the year when we were Hangin' Tough with New Kids On The Block, the Hubble telescope was fired into space and Adobe Photoshop 1.0 was launched.
It was also the year of one of the best FA Cup finals of the past 30 years when Palace, spurred on by the effervescent Ian Wright, came agonisingly close to beating the red giants of Manchester.
