  1. 'A huge game for both sides'published at 6 mins

    Plymouth 0-0 Portsmouth (agg 2-2)

"This is a huge game for two sides who are arguably too big for this division. Both clubs have had their financial issues and both are coming out of the other side of them.

"But with only one place up for grabs at Wembley, one of League Two's bigger clubs will be guaranteed another season in the fourth tier."

  2. 'The noise is deafening'published at 6 mins

"The noise in Home Park is deafening with both fans desperate to see their clubs climb back into League One. The ground is packed and it shows just how well supported these two teams are."

These sides are now two matches away from reaching League One. For Plymouth it has been five years since they were last in the third tier, for Portsmouth, it's been three.

The atmosphere inside Home Park is bouncing, and rightly so for this Dockyard Derby.

Plymouth's Graham Carey already testing the goalkeeper.

A charging run to the edge of the left-hand side of the penalty area and he fires a shot which is heading straight for the top corner.

It was tipped over by Ryan Allsop - a goalkeeper signed on Wednesday by Portsmouth on an emergency loan due to injuries to all their other shot-stoppers.

    Portsmouth 0-0 Plymouth (agg 2-2)

Both teams have walked down the longest tunnel in the Football League (bizarre statistic, I know) - Plymouth even lined it with photos of Jamille Matt scoring in the first leg.

Handshakes have taken place and the Plymouth lads have marched to their fans in unison and applauded them.

The referee's whistle blows and off we go!

Sat with me in the press box is former Portsmouth striker and manager Guy Whittingham, and a little further down the row you can probably make out ex-Plymouth boss Neil Warnock.

Warnock, who guided Plymouth to play-off success in 1996, tells me: "This tie is so close, it could almost come down to the toss of a coin.

"It might come down to something small like a refereeing decision or a slip - I don't think there is much in it at all."

Former Portsmouth striker and manager Whittingham added: "Pompey have got to defend better from set-plays.

"Kyle Bennett and Gary Roberts are the main threats for Portsmouth and have got to be firing if they are to win tonight."

It's like being at the Oscars with all these stars - just waiting for Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lawrence to turn up...

  7. Goals galorepublished at 17:56 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

And who says the play-offs only get good in the second legs? This year has seen the most goals scored in the first-leg ties of the Football League play-offs since 2000 (when 18 goals were scored).

"The fans are getting ready for part four of the Dockyard Derby this season.

"Pompey have made it on time, despite huge tailbacks on the main road into town after a bridge was demolished overnight and the clean-up operation overran."

  10. Welcomepublished at 17:47 British Summer Time 15 May 2016

    Plymouth v Portsmouth (agg 2-2, 18:00 BST)

If part two of this tie is anything like the first, then we are in for a full blooded affair.

It is all square after the first 90 minutes with Portsmouth taking the lead through Marc McNulty, a Jamille Matt double then putting Plymouth in front, before Gary Roberts' penalty levelled it at 2-2.

And that's not including the little altercation between Portsmouth manager Paul Cook and Plymouth assistant Paul Wotton resulting in them both being sent to the stand.

Hello and welcome to live text and Radio 5 live sports extra commentary of Plymouth v Portsmouth in the second leg of the League Two play-off semi-final.

The first legs have only just finished across the Football League play-offs and we are straight into the second round of action.

So who's got the bottle? Who can hold their nerve and send their team to Wembley?
