It's a good tournament for rappers Everlast, Danny Boy and DJ Lethal anyway. The trio - better known as House of Pain - have their hit 'Jump Around' played in the build up to every match in a half-hearted attempt to encourage fans to, er, jump around.

I've yet to see it catch fire.

    Romania v Switzerland (17:00 BST)

Any Arsenal fans tuning in may be taking a keen interest in the Swiss number 10, Granit Xhaka, this afternoon.

He has just signed for the Gunners and was superb in their opening win against Albania last weekend. Controlled the game for large periods.

Also outstanding for the Swiss was goalkeeper Yann Sommer.

  3. Romania refresh their attackpublished at 16:39 British Summer Time 15 June 2016

"No surprise to see Romania coach Anghel Iordanescu freshen up his attack today. A few miles across Paris, his side came within seconds of opening the tournament with a point on Friday night - until Dimitri Payet decided otherwise - but Romania only managed two shots on target, and one of them was their penalty.

"The man who put that away, and had the other effort too - Bogdan Stancu - does keep his place, but his new strike partner Claudio Keseru will hope to do rather better than Florin Andone fared.

"Everyone in the Romanian section of the ground seems to be wearing yellow so there is no mistaking them. I expect to hear them as well - they made plenty of noise at Stade de France and Parc des Princes is a much tighter, and noisier football ground."

Wayne Rooney says England have not changed their approach to training after they were denied an opening game victory by a late Russia equaliser.

Roy Hodgson's side face Wales on Thursday in what is arguably a must-win game for the Three Lions.

"We have the same mentality as we had for Russia," said Rooney. "We had three games in the group, we have two left, we prepare for every game the same not prepare differently because we are playing Wales.

"We will do the job professionally and prepare well, it is down to us to do it on the pitch."

    England v Wales (Thursday)

We’ve been asking for you to pick your combined England and Wales teams ahead of Thursday’s big match in Lens.

More than 100,000 of you have picked your starting XI – with eight English and three Welsh players in the most selected XI.

Welsh superstar Gareth Bale was the most picked with more than 90,000 selections, followed by Joe Hart and Dele Alli.

A 4-4-2 with a midfield diamond was the most popular formation. You can pick yours now using the team selector.

Wayne Rooney has been speaking to the media ahead of tomorrow's crunch clash between England and Wales, and he's quick to insist that there is more to Chris Coleman's side than Gareth Bale.

"It is not England v Gareth Bale, it is England v Wales," said the England man.

"Bale is a fantastic player but they have other good players too, and we have to stop them."

As the players continue to warm up in Paris a reminder that England play Wales tomorrow. Massive.

Anyway, here's some news from the camps...

    Romania v Switzerland (17:00 BST)

Romania had their moments against France last Friday and were only denied a point by that stunning last-gasp hit from Dimitri Payet. Defeat today would leave them staring at elimination so perhaps we will see all-out attack from Anghel Iordanescu's side in Paris.

Keep your eye on number 11 Gabriel Torje. 'The Romanian Messi.'

    Of course he is...

  11. Highlights: Russia 1-2 Slovakiapublished at 16:26 British Summer Time 15 June 2016

If you missed today's early game, a late first-half goal from Vladimir Weiss and then a stunning strike from Marek Hamsik give Slovakia a 2-1 win over Russia in Group B.

  12. Swiss army? Rifepublished at 16:24 British Summer Time 15 June 2016

    Romania v Switzerland (17:00 BST)

I'm sure I saw those Swiss fans dressed as cows in Lens last weekend. The city was invaded by a red army and Paris looks equally busy today as the Parc des Princes fills up.

Both sets of players are out on the pitch now going through the motions.

  13. The Swiss fans are milking itpublished at 16:21 British Summer Time 15 June 2016

There have been a few showers in Paris today but the sun has well and truly come out for this game - it is scorching. A bit hot to be comfortable dressed in a cow costume, I suspect, but these Swiss fans did not seem to care. I do not speak Friesian but they knew one of the universal phrases in football: "we will win".

If they do that they are into the last 16. Romania supporters probably think that is udderly ridiculous though.

    Romania v Switzerland (17:00 BST)

    Bonjour!

As Mr Osborne points out I am fresh off the Eurostar from Lille to join you for the rest of the tournament. Enjoying it so far?

    I certainly am.

This evening we could have our first team through to the last 16 as hosts France - but first the Swiss - chase a second win.

    All set?

Just as one game finishes, here comes another. The Euros are great, aren't they?

And, as if things could not get any better, here's Tom Rostance, fresh from a trip to France, to take over the controls.

  20. Four points enough?published at 16:08 British Summer Time 15 June 2016

If you have a glance over at the Group B table, it seems to me to be very much a four-points-will-see-you-through scenario.

If Wales beat England, they'll coast through with six points. That would likely see England take second if they can beat Slovakia - Russia would need to beat Wales and score more goals than England.

    Anyway, I'm just spit-balling here.
