    Switzerland 0-0 France

Moussa Sissoko does so well to beat his man in midfield and spread it out wide but once he latches on to the return pass from Bacary Sagna he loses his footing and goes down.

    Dimitri Payet is coming on.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 60 mins

    Romania 0-1 Albania

Albania are making a change and it is goalscorer Armando Sadiku who is coming off. As his number is shown on the fourth official's board, there's a big standing ovation after his historic strike. On comes Bekim Balaj, another forward.

Romania also make a substitution as Denis Alibec can't continue after that earlier injury, so off he goes and on comes winger Gabriel Torj.

Gavin Ford: These French players are ripping up everything tonight. Two Swiss shirts and a ball now

Sam Hickman: The ball is just like France without Payet, rather deflated

James Helm: Ripped shirts and a burst ball - don't make 'em like they used to

France then turn it on after a shoddy few minutes. Paul Pogba is the initiator, lovely pass to find Antonie Griezmann and quick as a flash he plays a one-two with former Fulham target Gignac before having a drive tipped over by Yann Sommer.

    Romania 0-1 Albania

This could be a blow for Romania. Denis Alibec's gone down awkwardly after a challenge and immediately clutches his left knee. He looks in real pain and the stretcher is brought on while Gabriel Torje is warming up.

    Switzerland 0-0 France

Switzerland remain a real threat but there is a definite air of complacency setting in in the France defence. First Adil Rami flicks a clearance straight to a red shirt, and then Patrice Evra fluffs a header. CONCENTRATE!

France striker Andre-Pierre Gignac was going to move to Fulham when I was there – he was there for a medical - but the deal got pulled by Marseille.

Gignac now plays in Mexico for Tigres

I've never seen this in a professional game in all my days! The official match ball, which is on sale for £105, has popped! Antoine Griezmann is tackled by Valon Behrami and the ball bursts. It's left looking like a happy rubber pac-man.

England fans, it's definitely worth having your eye on the match on BBC Four at the moment, because if the Three Lions win their group, then they could face the side that finishes third in Group A in the last 16. As things stand, that will be Albania...

A chance on the counter here as Albania suddenly find themselves two against one.

Armando Memushaj leads the breakaway and lofts the ball over the only covering Romania defender for Armando Sadiku, but he struggles to control the ball to allow their opponents the time to get men back and end the chance.

Adrian Jones PwC: #FRA have twice the talent of #SWI but half the game plan

Sir Nigel Greasley: Congested football, so boring, change to 10 a side please.Or make the pitch 10 metres bigger all around.

Jae Hodgkin: So Albania could finish 3rd, train for 3 days, and then be told they're going home? They should have just made it 32 teams

Switzerland have made a bright start to the second half and it is their fans who are making all of the noise at the moment. Andre-Pierre Gignac is an isolated figure. No matter your team, the main, central striker has had another fruitless and quiet tournament hasn't he? Not many good number nines about.

What must Costel Pantilimon be thinking sitting on the Romania bench after that Ciprian Tatarusanu howler? Terrible goalkeeping, and he is almost called into action early in this half as Albania win a corner, but Mergim Mavraj heads over.

Xherdan Shaqiri has moved into a more central role for the Swiss and he runs at France, Yohan Cabaye tracking him and making an excellent sliding tackle. Another man loses his footing on the pitch.

    Dimitri Payet is warming up.

Breel Embolo whips in a testing early cross from the right for Switzerland which Laurent Koscielny very classily backheels clear, Paul Pogba then loses his man with a drop of the shoulder before spraying a pass down the left.

Paul Pogba has been the outstanding player of the game. Every time he gets the ball, the atmosphere in the ground is electric.

The groundsmen and women are working hard on the battered Stade Pierre Mauroy pitch in Lille. The surface is not great at all. They are taking rakes and forks to it. Plenty of divots.

This is how the table looks after 45 minutes of tonight's games. If it stays like this after 90 minutes then Albania will have that slightly surreal situation of having to stay in France and train for the next few days as they wait to find out if they go through as one of the best third-placed teams.

    Hope their hotel is pre-booked.
