Slovakia are seeing plenty of the ball but Northern Ireland are pressing well to try and keep them at bay.

There are just a few signs that this heating up. A number of heavy challenges have left Jonny Evans and Gareth McAuley limping. Michael O'Neill won't want to take any risks with players, especially those two.

Meanwhile, Michal Duris is inches away from making contact with his head from Patrik Hrosovsky's superb cross to the edge of the six-yard box.

Paddy McNair shows excellent awareness to get back and head away as Robert Mak's searching cross from the right poses problems.

Kyle Lafferty and Martin Skrtel are having a little tiff. That has been brewing over the opening 18 minutes courtesy of a number of physical challenges, the latest of which sees the Northern Ireland striker penalised for dragging down the home defender. It's a friendly lads, remember?

"Vladamir Weiss had a very good opportunity to hit the target but couldn't do it. 

"His first touch was good but you have got to hit the target from there. 

"That is a poor effort from a player of his stature."

Oh, close! Vladimir Weiss is inches away from giving the home side the lead, collecting a cut-back from the left inside the box before driving his low shot just wide. He should have done better. At least hit the target. No wonder he's holding his head in his hands.

Chance for Kyle Lafferty! The ball is delivered low into the box from the right following a neat one-two to tee up Paddy McNair. Lafferty's first-time strike is a good one but blocked by Peter Pekarik. There is a decent shout for a penalty as well as the block was performed with an arm. I think the home side have got away with one there.
