The penalties I've seen given, it's becoming a farce. Mike Dean has gone to the extreme of giving those penalties.

You have to credit his manager, because he has him switched on. When he is in the mood he is as good as anyone. I think Hazard is just a bit below Messi, Neymar, Ronaldo and can go up into that area. Conte is getting a reaction from his players, and certainly from Hazard.

The disappointing thing for West Ham is going out of Europe in midweek. 

That stadium was built for Europe and that was a terrible result. 

The injuries have killed them. Dimitri Payet and Ryan Cresswell would probably have been in the England squad if he had been fit.

West Brom make three changes from the side that won in the EFL Cup during the week. Youngster Sam Field, full-back Brendan Galloway and James McClean all come in for Jonas Olsson, Craig Gardner and Saido Berahino.

West Brom XI: Foster, Dawson, McAuley, Evans, Galloway, Phillips, Yacob, Fletcher, Field, McClean, Rondon

Middlesbrough make one change to the side that beat Sunderland last weekend. Defender Daniel Ayala comes in for the injured George Friend.

There could be some history made today.  

Kane Wilson is on the bench for West Brom. He is aged 16 years, five months and 17 days and if he comes on, he will be the first player born this Millennium to play in the Premier League.

Daily Telegraph chief football correspondent Jason Burt: "Ronald Koeman said there was no interest. The loan fee and wages would have to come down for Everton to be interested. That's what a lot of clubs will be thinking.

"Joe Hart will be thinking 'why have City left it so late? There's not enough time to sort out my future' but there was always a chance Pep Guardiola would replace him. He's been clear and decisive on the issue. Hart must have been aware of it."

Does Joe Hart go to Sunderland? We want him to be playing and I don't think it is healthy if he stays at Manchester City. People will be sitting back in the transfer market. I think there is a game of poker going on and I think Everton might be the one to take him.

There's too much emphasis in the England team on the captain. 

Look at Wales. Aaron Ramsey was the captain and then Chris Coleman came in and said 'concentrate on your game' and made Ashley Williams captain. Not many people outside Wales knew that had happened.

I didn't see too much wrong with Rooney yesterday, did you? I think he is good to go [for England] for at least a couple of years. This is such a young group so I'd go with Rooney for experience.

Only 30% of the players in the Premier League are English. Sam Allardyce cannot be as black and white to say that if you are not playing for England, you cannot be picked.

"Sam has been very dipolmatic by not ruling out picking him completely.
