Gordon: Excepting Rashford and Kane, these are very mediocre players and we shouldn't expect anything more than Mediocre performances.

No, we're not talking about the players who do all the graft but don't get the headlines (though of course they are greatly appreciated) - it's the volunteers at grassroots level sport and fitness that we celebrate with the BBC Get Inspired Unsung Hero award.
Here's the Northern Ireland captain Steven Davis - who will be in action against Germany tonight - to spell it out.......
So if you know anyone who deserves recognition in Northern Ireland - or anywhere else in mainland Britain - find out how to nominate them here.
In the interests of balance, is anyone out there enjoying the England game?!
Scotland 0-0 Slovakia
You cannot say that Scotland have not been busy in and around the Slovakia box.
England 0-0 Slovenia
Phil Neville
Former England & Man Utd defender on BBC Radio 5 live at Wembley
When you are playing against a team with two banks of four you need more. Slovenia are being clever by leaving Henderson and Dier deep and saying 'try to beat us with a pass' and they know they can't do it.
If we are playing Germany or Brazil then Dier and Henderson are your best players. But against a team like Slovenia you need to risk it a bit more. It's a little bit pedestrian like. Maybe when he isn't suspended perhaps Dele Alli can play there rather than a no.10?
England 0-0 Slovenia

Fans will be disappointed and Gareth Southgate will be disappointed. England are lacking in ideas.
England 0-0 Slovenia

Speaking on Radio 5 live
After a bright opening it's been a disappointing first half from England.
Very little creativity and so England have lacked penetration.
That said, I'm surprised by Slovenia and their lack of adventure in a match they have to win.
Bezjak squandered their best opportunity while Oblak has made saves from Kane, Henderson and a Rashford free-kick.
The atmosphere is flat with not much to excite the supporters.
Norway are in total control as they lead San Marino 4-0, largely thanks to a three-minute brace from Bournemouth's Joshua King.
Constantin Budescu's double for Romania wasn't quite as quick but within five minutes he gave his side a controlling lead over Kazakhstan going into the half-time break.
Andrei Agius' goal is the only thing separating Malta and Lithuania, as the hosts still have a narrow 1-0 lead.
Denmark are also 1-0 up over Montenegro thanks to Christian Eriksen's 16th minute goal.
Group F
As it stands the chase for a top-two spot is looking incredibly tight in Group F. Scotland really need to find a winner against the 10 men of Slovakia.
Scotland 0-0 Slovakia
Two top-quality saves have denied Scotland.
Work to do.
England 0-0 Slovenia

I don't mind that from Marcus Rashford, trying to catch the goalkeeper out.
England 0-0 Slovenia
Decent free-kick this time from Marcus Rashford as he shoots when everyone is expecting a cross - good save from Jan Oblak though.
Scotland 0-0 Slovakia
Half-time beckoning and Scotland still doing all the attacking - got to make their numerical advantage count at some point.
Northern Ireland 0-2 Germany
The world's number one side, the holders of the World Cup are in control.
Northern Ireland 0-2 Germany
Clue - Germany are the team on the right.
England 0-0 Slovenia
Ooof! John Stones brings the ball out of defence but overruns the ball on a greasy surface and stretches to absolutely launch his man. A clear cut booking.

Alan Ferguson: Good news from NI perspective: confined Germany to shooting from distance. Bad news? They’re good at it.
GG: You can see why Germany are the world champions. I'd probably take a 2 all draw now tbh.
David Wells: England have driven me to the chocolate bars.
Don't do it David!
England 0-0 Slovenia

As soon as England got their first goal against Slovakia last month they settled down. Maybe they just need a goal from a free-kick or a corner to get themselves going.
England 0-0 Slovenia
Get Jermain Defoe on? He scored against Slovenia in the 2010 World Cup. Actually England's only World Cup win since 2006.
Harry Kane flicks a header into the net but a foul had long since given and everyone had stopped playing.
