Andrija Pavlovic has put FC Copenhagen ahead in their game against Apoel Nicosia.
Steaua Bucharest 0-2 Manchester City
It's half-time in Bucharest. Manchester City are comfortable but should be 4-0 up.
Sergio Aguero
He might have trouble scoring from the spot, but Sergio Aguero has no issues from the edge of the box. Raheem Sterling is again involved, just laying a cross off to Aguero, who guides the ball home from 18 yards.
It's a long way back for the hosts now.
Ajax have equalised in their game against Rostov with Davy Klaassen scoring a penalty.
Manchester City hit the crossbar for the third time in the game, with Aleksandar Kolarov almost turning home a corner.
Then Raheem Sterling almost pokes home a ball forward which Florin Nita does brilliantly to tip over.
From that corner Kevin de Bruyne drives wide. City are dominant.
Sergio Aguero's compatriot Martin Palermo once missed three for Argentina against Colombia in the 1999 Copa America group stages. His side lost 3-0.
Steaua have a free-kick but they don't make much of it. Former West Brom defender Gabriel Tamas then hoofs a cross over everyone's head. They don't look a very good team based on this performance.
Steaua Bucharest break for what feels like the first time in days, Nicolae Stanciu gets the ball in a bit of space but Willy Caballero narrows the gap and he shoots at the new City number one.
Seconds later Stanciu has another chance but piles it over the bar like a Romanian rugby player.
Manchester City forward Nolito goes dancing around the Steaua box but everybody seems afraid to put in a proper tackle in case they concede a third penalty. He gets the ball to David Silva, who pulls it back to Kevin de Bruyne but the Belgian drags his 18-yard shot wide of the near post.
Would they let Sergio Aguero take another if they win a third penalty? Based on the hosts' tackling so far, it is very much in the realms of possibility.
So Manchester City only lead 1-0, but they will be encouraged by how bad Steaua Bucharest's defenders are. They have conceded two penalties and were sloppy for the goal.
City are totally dominant now and Aleksandar Kolarov's shot from distance is deflected over the bar.
Sergio Aguero misses again! He went low with his last one and it was saved. This time he goes high and it clips the crossbar on its way over.
Unbelievable.
It's a second penalty to Manchester City. Gabriel Enache brings down Aleksandar Kolarov with a terrible sliding tackle.
Willy Caballero, on his first Champions League appearance for Manchester City, plays a poor ball out to left-back Aleksander Kolarov and it's out for a throw-in.
It's hard to imagine Joe Hart will feel too bad to see the goalkeeper make mistakes tonight.
That was the third goal of the night in the Champions League. Borussia Monchengladbach lead at Young Boys, with Raffael scoring, while Rostov are 1-0 up at Ajax thanks to Christian Noboa.
David Silva
Raheem Sterling is a player reborn under Pep Guardiola. He latches onto a terrible touch by Alin Tosca and charges into the box, where he again loses the defender by flicking the ball with the back of his foot.
He looks up and squares it to David Silva, who slams home. Deserved lead for Manchester City.
It's all Manchester City now and Sergio Aguero thumps a shot over the crossbar.
Florin Nita's save lands to striker Nolito, who is surely going to tuck it away...
but his shot hits the crossbar.
A double escape for Steaua. What a start.
Sergio Aguero steps up...
but Florin Nita guesses the right way AND SAVES IT.
