    Watford 0-0 Gillingham

Still no way through for Premier League side Watford. Skipper Troy Deeney looks the best bet to find a goal, his effort blocked by Deji Oshilaja's sliding challenge.

    Exeter 1-1 Hull

Exeter have clearly come out in this second half determined to catch the Hull City players still in the changing room. They are immediately on the attack as Ryan Harley drives a shot at goal, just over.

    Everton 1-0 Yeovil

Everton could do with getting this one wrapped up quick sharp. Romelu Lukaku wastes another chance, turning back inside a Yeovil defender before curling wide. That's about the fourth decent chance he's had. If he carries on missing them, then Toffees fans might have wished he had scarpered to Chelsea for £70m...

Palace are totally in command now. Those hardy Blackpool fans who have made the long journey might be starting to wish they had stayed at home. A 99 flake on the promenade would have gone down a treat today.

Newcastle, who lost Aleksandar Mitrovic and Rolando Aarons to injuries in the first half, take a 1-0 lead just before the break through the bandaged Ayoze Perez.

    Connor Wickham (47 mins)

Can you believe it! Connor Wickham has only gone and scored within a few seconds of replacing Christian Benteke.

"You're not nicking my place in the team, pal." That's what I imagine Wickham is saying in his head after lashing in Jason Puncheon's pass.

    Crystal Palace 1-0 Blackpool

Let's hope none of you followed our 'advice' and put a pound on Christian Benteke scoring tonight. He's gone off at half-time, but we're not sure yet if that's because of injury or not. Connor Wickham comes on. You make your own mind up whether he's worth backing...

Game on at Selhurst Park. That kicked off at 19:30 BST remember.

    Watford 0-0 Gillingham

Chances have been rare at Vicarage Road - but here's one! And it falls to Gillingham. Jay Emmanuel-Thomas has a dig with a low strike which whizzes past the wrong side of the upright. Well, the wrong side as far as those of a Gillingham persuasion are concerned. The right side for Watford.

    James McClean (44 mins)

    A goalkeeping howler.

There's no danger when West Brom's James McClean strikes a low shot at goal from outside the area, but Northampton goalkeeper Adam Smith can only palm the ball into his own net.

    Everton 1-0 Yeovil

Everton are knocking at the Yeovil door harder than a pair of angry bailiffs. Ross Barkley's shot is palmed round the post, with Mason Holgate heading over the bar from the resulting corner.

    Oli McBurnie (41 mins)

Oli McBurnie marks his competitive debut for Swansea with a goal, and a well taken one at that. He's put through by a ball from midfield and he keeps his cool to wrongfoot a chasing defender before curling into the far corner.
