Antoine Griezmann scored a last-second winner as Atletico Madrid qualified for the Champions League last 16, alongside Group D rivals Bayern Munich.

Robert Lewandowski scored twice, and hit the woodwork three times, as Bayern came from 1-0 down to beat PSV 2-1.

Griezmann's late second handed Atleti a 2-1 win over Rostov.

PSG won 2-1 in Basel, with Thomas Meunier scoring a late volley as they went through alongside Arsenal.

This is the stuff. If you keep on huffing and puffing, good things can happen.

Rostov have had three touches in the Atletico Madrid area (right). Atletico have had 31 shots at goal and get their reward - Antoine Griezmann with the injury-time winner.

    Absolutely excellent second-half from City.

They were fortunate to go in level at half-time, but boy did they play second-half.

They thoroughly deserved their victory - two great goals - and in Ilkay Gundogan, they've now got someone in the middle of the park who will get forward and score goals.

  5. What now for Manchester City?published at 21:42 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2016

Pep Guardiola's Manchester City are a win away from securing their place in the last 16. Realistically a point at Monchengladbach would probably do it but they could, in theory, still be caught by Celtic.

As the final whistle went, Manchester City's bench erupted. The players darted onto the pitch to embrace their team-mates. The coaching staff hugged each other jubilantly.

Only one man did not join in.

Pep Guardiola shook Luis Enrique's hand, turned, adjusted his tie, and headed down the tunnel.

This most expressive of men, showed less emotion than anyone at such a monumental achievement.

GOAL - Ludogorets Razgrad 2-3 Arsenalpublished at 21:28 Greenwich Mean Time 1 November 2016

    Mesut Ozil (87 mins)

Oh that is just superb! The Ludogorets defence are taught a lesson by Mesut Ozil as he scores the goal that will surely seal qualification tonight. One pass over the top is enough to free him but he has an awful lot to do. He chips the ball over the head of keeper Milan Borjan, comes back on to his left foot, has two defenders on him but sits them both down, one at a time, with some outrageous close control and composure before firing into the empty net.

    A great goal.

After a crazy first half the second 45 in Sofia has been a bit tame to be honest. Arsenal are not going through as it stands but they will stay top of Group A.

When Manchester City appointed Pep Guardiola, it was with nights like this in mind - the notion of seeing Europe's elite being overcome in the Champions League.

And what a night this has been, packed with wonderful football, goals and mistakes. A classic.

If City see this out, it will be seen as a real statement from Guardiola and his team.

I've just seen another replay of that third City goal which suggests that the ball may have struck Sergio Aguero's arm in the build-up. A touch of fortune perhaps for the hosts.

Arsenal might have to wait another three weeks to wrap up their place in the Champions League knockout stages. Luca Zuffi has just equalised for Basel against Paris St-Germain.

One of PSG or Arsenal need to win to send them both through (presuming neither lose).
