Quite contrasting scenes at Legia Warsaw's home match against Real Madrid this evening.

It's Zinedine Zidane's 100th match in charge of Real Madrid and he's spending it behind closed doors after serious crowd trouble at Warsaw's 6-0 loss at home to Borussia Dortmund resulted in a fine and a stadium ban.

  2. goal

GOAL - Tottenham 0-1 Bayer Leverkusenpublished at 21:08 Greenwich Mean Time 2 November 2016

    Kevin Kampl (65 mins)

Really, really slack defending from Tottenham as Bayer Leverkusen take the lead. They are slow to get out to shut down a shot from Charles Aranguiz on the edge of the area, Ben Davies the chief culprit, and when the shot does come through Kyle Walker doesn't clear but toes it into the path of Kevin Kampl, who stabs past Hugo Lloris from close range.

    FC Copenhagen 0-0 Leicester

It's been a rough and ready game from both sides in Copenhagen and Riyad Mahrez rather sums it all up. He fouls his man but is allowed to play on, he should play Jamie Vardy in on goal but mishits his pass and it's cut out, before Mahrez slams the loose ball over the top.

    Wasteful!

Sissoko is struggling a bit this evening. He is having one of those nights.

    Legia Warsaw 2-2 Real Madrid

Legia Warsaw are back in it against Real Madrid. Warsaw's Miroslav Radovic has just toe-poked it from 20 yards out to level the score at 2-2.

It's an important goal for the Polish side, who need to pick up at least a point from tonight's fixture to have any hope of progressing to the knockout phase.

Warsaw - who are the first Polish team to make the Champions League group stages for 20 years - have now tripled their goal tally this evening. Before tonight's match Warsaw had scored only one goal in their last three group matches.

Michael Lock: Let's get Winks on now and give Eriksen a chance to rest up and watch from the bench!

Maximilian Poole: Surely Moyes has to sign Berbatov and Adebayor on deals till the end of the season

Lotak: Sissoko has been awful today. He's been dispossessed so many times today. What's going on?!

  7. CLOSE!published at 21:06 Greenwich Mean Time 2 November 2016

    Tottenham 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen

And then Bayer Leverkusen should score! Eric Dier makes a hash of a routine ball over the top, he has time to clear or head away and does neither and is caught in possession. The ball is cut back to Javier Hernandez, his shot is blocked by Jan Vertonghen and then Hugo Lloris grabs the follow-up.

Is a goal on the cards?

  8. CLOSE!published at 21:04 Greenwich Mean Time 2 November 2016

    Tottenham 0-0 Bayer Leverkusen

Well, I say that, and Spurs come very close to finding a breakthrough! Brilliant from Kyle Walker, who drives through a gap and ends up beating three men for pace and break into the penalty area, he then lashes in a low shot right across goal! It misses by inches.

Vincent Janssen has his shirt held inside the area by Jonathan Tah but stays on his feet to roll away and shoot wide. A goal does not look likely for Spurs at all at the moment.

Interestingly, the Tottenham players with the most touches of the ball after 55 minutes are all those you would probably say occupy defensive positions.

Eric Dier has 60 touches, Kyle Walker 58, Ben Davies, 51 and Jan Verthongen 45.

Spurs cannot get their advanced players into the game and another factor not helping is the fact Christian Eriksen has completed just 71% of his passes. He typically proves far more accurate in league action and tends to make Spurs tick.

A record attendance for an English team at home in the Champions League tonight, just over 85,000. They've not had anything to enjoy or remember yet. This one will be forgotten by the time they get to Stanmore at this rate!

The fans are most certainly playing their part now.

It is definitely noisier in the stadium.

More bombardment for Leicester to withstand as the crosses keep on coming. Robert Huth has been immense though, heading up and away before Peter Ankersen has a shot blocked.

Four replays from different angles don't clear up just how much contact there was between Omer Toprak and Dele Alli there - no penalty was given and that's that.

I thought that was a penalty.

    Alli appeared to be impeded.

It was a difficult one to call and if you don't know don't give it.

And better from Spurs as they have a big penalty claim! Dele Alli slaloms inside a challenge a few inches inside the area, referee Jonas Eriksson waves it on and Christian Eriksen then hits a low shot just past the post.

Was that a foul? He didn't get the ball...

Better start from Leicester as Christian Fuchs whips over a dangerous cross but they can't get a boot on it at the far post!

Christian Eriksen looks out of form.

When he plays on one side he looks vulnerable on a big pitch like this.

Now he is more central because Mousa Dembele has gone off, it might suit him better.

Hishaam Habib: Gareth Bale's goal was absolutely stunning, it's what Tottenham need right now.

Dave Ellis: Spurs now look like England. 11 blokes running around wondering where they're supposed to be and what they're doing..

Tony Pateman: So poor, I've watched every game in 12 months and we don't have a plan B, replace Eriksen and bring on anyone who wants to win
