  1. 'We were unlucky'published at 17:24 British Summer Time 1 October 2016

    Watford 2-2 Bournemouth

    Bournemouth

Bournemouth goal scorer Callum Wilson: "I am delighted with the goal but overall we are disappointed not to take the three points today. We were unlucky but you have those days sometimes and we will be working hard over the international break.

"Jack (Wilshere) is a great player, great technical ability. It is good to play with him. He is learning how I play and I am learning how he does hopefully we can keep going.

"We took the lead twice and gave away two sloppy goals really. We win and lose as team so we will look at that."

  2. 'It was 10 crazy minutes that cost us'published at 17:20 British Summer Time 1 October 2016

    Hull 0-2 Chelsea

    Hull City

Hull City midfielder Ryan Mason: "Obviously Chelsea are a top team and have top players, we knew it would be difficult. The second half, we had a crazy 10 minutes and lost our shape. When you go 2-0 down to a team like Chelsea it's hard to get it back.

"We felt in the game and had a few chances, especially in the first half. It's the minor details that make the difference We have a run of games now where we can hopefully pick up some points. We've played four or five top teams. We've got seven points, we need to stay positive and if we play how we did in the first half we'll pick up more points."

Boro manager Aitor Karanka after his side earned their first point in four games: "It is a good point, especially after three defeats. It is important that our attitude has been good. West Ham have not been in the best moment but they have amazing players. So I'm pleased to add one more point and play with that intensity."

On Dimitri Payet's brilliant equaliser: "It was difficult to stop. The quality of players like him was always going to be the difference."

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe speaking to Match of the Day: "We are disappointed tonight, especially taking the lead twice you think it should be enough. It was end to end and very even but we had the best chances in the game I thought.

"On another day we take one or two of the missed chances and win the game. We scored two goals away from home and hit the woodwork three times, it has to be a positive thing.

"No one was settling for a point. We were disappointed with the goals that we conceded, especially the second one.

"It is a tough place to come but our expectations are growing and we want to push to greater heights."

    Watford 2-2 Bournemouth

    Watford

Watford's Nordin Amrabat speaking to Match of the Day: "It was a good game. There were a lot of chances. We played good football, one point we are not really satisfied but it was a good reaction after Monday (2-0 defeat to Burnley).

"I think we created more chances than them and deserved to win. They scored two goals that were two little mistakes from us but one point is not bad.

"Isaac (Success) is a young guy and likes to make something. We are happy for him. The goal will give him a lot of confidence."

  9. 'It takes some getting used to'published at 17:02 British Summer Time 1 October 2016

    Hull 0-2 Chelsea

    Chelsea

Chelsea's Victor Moses on his wing-back role: "There is a lot to do, but I have to graft in, go up and down and I kind of enjoy it, getting a lot of one-on-one situations."

Chelsea captain Gary Cahill on the new three-man defence: "It is different doing it on the training pitch than in the game situations. It took some getting used to, you don't get used to it overnight. But in the second half we weren't really threatened. We go into the international break with three points and a good feeling."

West Brom are in a good position under Tony Pulis - he's guiding them in the right direction. If you want to have a transition from that have a plan. They look the most dangerous out of the two sides. Be careful what you wish for when you have a good manager in place.
