GOAL - Leicester 1-0 Crystal Palacepublished at 15:42 British Summer Time 22 October 2016

    Ahmed Musa (42 mins)

You don't save those! Ahmed Musa has his first goal for Leicester City and it's a sweet strike too. Islam Slimani tees him up on the edge of the area, the Palace defence back off slightly in the wake of an overlapping run, Musa sees his chance and crashes into the roof of the net. No chance for Steve Mandanda.

    Hull 0-1 Stoke

Ryan Mason looks a cut above his Hull team-mates today, another great cross, from the left this time but Lee Grant comes out firmly to claim in the Stoke goal.

  3. goal

GOAL - Burnley 1-0 Evertonpublished at 15:38 British Summer Time 22 October 2016

    Sam Vokes (39 mins)

It's scrappy but it counts! Everton have been dominating but give the ball away straight to Scott Arfield, whose scuffed low shot is dealt with badly by Maarten Stekelenburg.

The Dutchman parries it out softly to Sam Vokes, who stabs home for the lead against the run of play.

    Arsenal 0-0 Middlesbrough

Shkodran Mustafi's struggling. Gabriel is getting ready, just in case he needs to come on.

Mustafi's hobbling after landing awkwardly contesting a high ball, but looks OK to carry on for now.

    Burnley 0-0 Everton

Everton are massively bossing this, but despite having upwards of 70% possession, the breakthrough is still to come. Burnley holding on.

  6. CLOSE!published at 15:36 British Summer Time 22 October 2016

    Leicester 0-0 Crystal Palace

Riyad Mahrez has arrived! First he goes on a mazy run down the right which beats every defender he comes across, but his low cut-back is cleared at the far post.

And then he hits a fine effort after coming on to his left foot in trademark style, but the shot is helped over the top by Shinji Okazaki.

  8. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:35 British Summer Time 22 October 2016

    Arsenal 0-0 Middlesbrough

Big let off for Arsenal again! Middlesbrough are going to rue these...

Adama Traore has Hector Bellerin on toast, floats a cross into the box, Alvaro Negredo's deflected header falls to the back post, where Petr Cech spreads himself to block Gaston Ramirez's nod towards the net.

The Uruguayan simply has to score. As good as the save is.

  9. CHANCE!published at 15:33 British Summer Time 22 October 2016

    West Ham 0-0 Sunderland

Jack Rodwell could do better as he rises to meet Wahbi Khazri's curled delivery from a set-piece on the left. There's no control in the header, which goes sailing over Adrian's goal.

Two decent opportunities in a few minutes for David Moyes' side, who had started poorly.

  10. Postpublished at 15:32 British Summer Time 22 October 2016

    West Ham 0-0 Sunderland

Bit of excitement for the Sunderland fans at West Ham's London Stadium as Patrick van Aanholt and Wahbi Khazri line up a free-kick on the edge the box.

It's poor though - Van Aanholt smacks it into the wall.

  11. EFL latestpublished at 15:31 British Summer Time 22 October 2016

We have ticked past the quarter mark in our EFL games - and there is still only the one goal in the Championship. That was Ayoze Perez's first-minute opener for leaders Newcastle against visitors Ipswich in case you missed it.

There's been a big goal in League One's game of the day, Billy Sharp putting fourth-placed Sheffield United ahead at second-placed Bradford City. The away sides are currently on course to bust a few coupons as Southend, Oxford, Wimbledon, Northampton and Walsall also all lead on their travels.

And the visiting sides in League Two are also enjoying themselves. Five away teams - Cambridge, Cheltenham, Mansfield, Notts County and Carlisle - are ahead, while second-placed Doncaster have been pegged back to 1-1 at Blackpool. Leaders Plymouth are goalless at Newport.

You can follow all the EFL action in depth here.

    Swansea 0-0 Watford

The rival to Joe Allen for 'unlikely goal hero of the season', Etienne Capoue, blazes a free-kick narrowly over for Watford.

    Arsenal 0-0 Middlesbrough

The Theo Walcott of 2014 returns, just in front of the Middlesbrough penalty area.

His recent form has been sensational, but this is anything but as he sprays a through pass out of play, with the Boro defence exposed.

    Danny Mills
    Ex-England defender on Final Score

That is a magnificent strike. Not only does he hit it with unbelievable power, it also has incredible bend on it. That must be 25 yards out. A brilliant strike.

  16. CLOSE!published at 15:29 British Summer Time 22 October 2016

    Hull 0-1 Stoke

Hull are into the bottom three as it stands, and they should be 2-0 down. Xherdan Shaqiri slices them open with a long ball, Marko Arnautovic's first touch is excellent, but when David Marshall saves his shot the rebound flies over the top.

A huge slice of luck for the Tigers.

    Arsenal 0-0 Middlesbrough

Arsenal are the Premier League's leaders as it stands, with Manchester City to play on Sunday.

Not a bad birthday present for Arsene Wegner, but three points would do much more nicely.

After dominating the first 15 minutes or so, it's Middlesbrough who've come closest to scoring, Gaston Ramirez hitting the post with a free-kick.

  18. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:27 British Summer Time 22 October 2016

    West Ham 0-0 Sunderland

Dimitri Payet denied by the upright! Twisting and turning into daylight on the edge of the D, he does the keeper with his eyes and takes a low shot that looked set to nestle in the bottom left corner.

    But the wait goes on...

    Burnley 0-0 Everton

Burnley have got pretty much everyone in the box. Action stations.

Yannick Bolasie's creating space for a cross on the right, Kevin Mirallas winds up for a shot but is denied by a flying set of Claret legs as Everton crank up the pressure.
