And, with that Johnny Russell goal, it seems as though Steve McClaren's already working his magic.

It may have taken 56 minutes, but Russell had only been on the pitch five minutes when he gave The Rams the lead, having come on a second-half substitute. It was Russell's first goal of the season too.

Norwich continue to lead at home against bottom of the table Rotherham.

And Exeter, who are just two points beyond the O's in the table, have taken a 3-1 lead away at Barnet.

Unbeaten Carlisle remain 1-0 up against Hartlepool but have had striker Shaun Miller sent off.

GOAL - Derby 1-0 Leedspublished at 16:14 British Summer Time 15 October 2016

    Johnny Russell

Steve McClaren's Derby are ahead. The goal came from a corner, which Johnny Russell went up for, the ball spilled over and the midfielder smacked it past the goalkeeper left footed.

The kick was so hard, in fact, a new football was needed.

Brighton, meanwhile, are level against Preston thanks to Sam Baldock. Remember, you can listen to that match on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra by clicking the audio icon.

    Scott Malone

Our first post-half-time goal goes the way of Fulham - and my, the game at Oakwell is fast shaping up to be an absolute belter.

Barnsley, who had led this match, are behind to Scott Malone's shot (or cross, depending on your point of view)...

The match at the iPro still isn't exactly setting the world alight, with neither side yet managing a shot on target.

Derby have had the majority of the play, having shot wide six times to Leeds' one and enjoying 58% of the possession, but they're still without a goal under returning boss Steve McClaren - who is joined in the stands by Garry Monk this afternoon, serving a one-match touchline ban.

Fellow strugglers Southend have taken the lead against Port Vale, Milwall are one up away at Northampton and Charlton, with the pigs back in their pen, are ahead against Coventry.
