If you managed to get Raheem Sterling out of your fantasy football team in time, do feel free to buy me a pint. The England man is not even in the Manchester City squad. Less surprising is that Yaya Toure isn't either. Ikay Gundogan keeps his place after scoring four in his last two games.

Manchester City's players have arrived at the Etihad, trooping off their luxury coach and into the stadium with Oasis classic (What's the Story) Morning Glory blaring out.

Don't want to be a scaremonger but... I've not seen Raheem Sterling. Fantasy Football managers across the world start to panic...

On Tuesday, the Etihad Stadium played host to one of Manchester City's greatest nights; their first ever win against Barcelona.

The memories of City's 3-1 triumph will last a long time.

But in his programme notes today, manager Pep Guardiola has issued a stark warning.

"Really good sides, the best sides are consistent winners and have the mentality of consistent winners."

In other words, Tuesday was great but do not let standards slip against Middlesbrough this afternoon.

The police presence is growing at London Stadium, where West Ham play their first home game since their EFL Cup win over Chelsea was marred by crowd disturbances.

I think David Luiz deserves plenty of credit, he has gone in and done a good job. For Antonio Conte that is the formation he prefers to play, he played it in Italy and the players have responded really well. Not only do they keep clean sheets, but they are also scoring at the other end.

They’ve got it right at the back. We saw Antonio Conte nearly crying after losing to Arsenal 3-0.

He was more upset because he was paying a system that he didn’t want to play. They’ve gone back to a back three and it’s worked.

But the game’s about Romelu Lukaku. I think it’s inevitable that he’ll score.

Chelsea are proving to be the real deal since they changed formation., external They are genuine title contenders in my opinion.

Diego Costa looks leaner, Eden Hazard has rediscovered top form now he has license to roam, and Victor Moses has been a revelation at wing-back.

The new system means that when the other team have the ball, Chelsea revert to five at the back and so it is little wonder they have gone 410 minutes without conceding a goal. The fact Chelsea have no European commitments can only strengthen their title prospects.

Ronald Koeman is a shrewd manager and I think Everton will finish in the top six. However, they have a poor record at Stamford Bridge and Chelsea have to start as favourites.

Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte could name an unchanged side on Saturday.

Willian is pushing for a recall at the expense of Pedro, but Mikel John Obi and Cesc Fabregas remain injury doubts.

Everton goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg has overcome a foot injury, while Enner Valencia returns after being ineligible to face parent club West Ham.

Idrissa Gueye serves a one-match ban for accumulating five yellow cards, and Leighton Baines and James McCarthy remain sidelined by hamstring problems.

There may not be an early kick-off in the Premier League today, but there is early evening action to keep you warm on Bonfire Night.

The Romelu Lukaku Derby (or Pat Nevin, whichever you prefer) sees Everton travel to Chelsea.

Picking up a point at Old Trafford will act as a huge psychological boost to all in the Clarets camp, especially as it followed a third home win at the expense of Everton.

Palace will be 'Glad All Over' to see the back of October, which brought three successive defeats.

They came from behind to win on their last visit to Turf Moor and need to show similar spirit to stop the rot.

Burnley defender Jon Flanagan is poised to make his first Premier League start for the club as Stephen Ward is out because of a hamstring injury.

Steven Defour has recovered from a similar problem and the fit-again George Boyd could also be recalled.

Bakary Sako is an injury doubt for Crystal Palace because of a minor groin strain suffered in training.

Connor Wickham has overcome a knock, but Loic Remy, Pape Souare and Jonathan Benteke remain long-term absentees.

Completing the quartet of Premier League three o'clockers is Crystal Palace's trip to Burnley.

For Alan Pardew's men, they are the latest to attempt an answer at one of the top flight's most vexing questions.
