Don't give up on us just yet, there's plenty more action on its way.

I'm off to remove the matchsticks from my eyes.

A lot of people would suggest they were happy to see that final whistle. Ranieri will be pleased with that point, but it undelrines how much they miss Jamie Vardy. When he plays, it stretches defences.

If anyone deserved to get the three points in the end, it would have been Middlesbrough.

There's a chance from it, as Demarai Gray's ball into the box falls to Andy King - but he rushes the effort and Brad Guzan can claim a bobbling ball.

Bobby Madley blows the whistle to put us out of our misery, I mean end the game.

Leicester free-kick from 25 yards or so with seconds on the clock... any later drama?

  5. Postpublished at 90+3 mins

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Leicester

Gaston Ramirez hits the deck while waiting for a ball to drop in the Leicester area. The appeals for a penalty are tame - much like this game.

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Leicester

Leicester have brought Marc Albrighton on, after a lively game against West Ham, for Nampalys Mendy.

There will be five minutes of added time - just in case you weren't having enough fun already.

I had great hopes for this game when Downing came on, with his great football intelligence and with Friend behind him, that they would work well down the left side.

But Downing is stood in the position Friend was running into before and it's actually worked against Middlesbrough so far.

The smelling salts are out and being used on Ben Gibson after the Boro defender takes a bang to the head.

Simon Anders: Leicester will surely go down as the worst champions in PL history

DeathApeDisco: I've really enjoyed this, for a 0-0. Middlesbrough have battered Leicester, who should have put on pacy players earlier!

Here's the chance. The best of the game and it's for Boro.

Fabio's cross is clumsily headed into the path of Gaston Ramirez by Wes Morgan - Ramirez is seven yards out but hammers his shot wide.

If Adama Traore didn't have the pace he's got, he wouldn't get a sniff at this level.

To get into those positions and not get a decent cross in is not good enough. Downing coming on is a good move - intelligent and in his time an international-class player.

Can Stewart Downing inject some quality into this game?

He's coming on for Adama Traore.

I think the announcer calls him "Stewie Downing". Didn't realise that was a thing.

Daniel Willis: Everybody crying about 2 games in 2 days. FL teams play 3 in 7 regularly with much smaller squads.

T Gandote: I think British FA should think again because the amount of matches played in England never help the national team.

    Ahmed Musa needs some treatment.

His ankle seems to turn while being tackled by Adam Clayton and he's in pain.

Clayton's knee is bothering him too.

He's had one of those days, Mahrez, where he looks like a breath of wind would have pushed him over. He looked as weak as he is slim today, he’ll have better days.

He was having limited impact on the game, it's a positive move. It will also stop Friend going forward.

Khael Malik: Huth to score with a scorpion kick next. You heard it here first.

Kevin Samuelson: Eddie Izzard ran 26 marathons in as many days, so I see no excuses for these athletes not to be able to produce the goods.
