    Crystal Palace 0-0 Swansea

Neil Taylor takes aim from 25 yards - smashes it high into the stands. Good start from Swansea though and the cameras pick out a disgruntled-looking Sam Allardyce slumped in his seat.

    Stoke 0-0 Watford

Stoke have had nearly all of the ball so far as once again Marko Arnautovic powers clear down the left but his low cross is well cut out. Peter Crouch then can't quite meet a high, hanging cross from the left.

  4. Postpublished at 20:09 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2017

    Bournemouth 2-0 Arsenal

Twenty-five minutes of excellence from the men in red. That's Bournemouth of course tonight.

They are bossing this game and now Arsenal team-mates Aaron Ramsey and Alexis Sanchez are having stern words with each other.

  5. 'Prolific Daniels'published at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2017

    Bournemouth 2-0 Arsenal

    Mark Mitchener
    BBC Sport at Vitality Stadium

Fantasy league managers may know that Charlie Daniels has been one of the Premier League's most prolific defenders since their promotion to the top flight. His record now stands at six goals and seven assists since the start of 2015-16.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is scowling on the edge of his technical area, but Chelsea manager Antonio Conte may also allow himself a wry smile if he's following this game.

    Bournemouth 2-0 Arsenal

Ex-Leicester striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

There is minimal contact. If that was outside the box Ryan Fraser isn't going down. Granit Xhaka hasn't had a great game so far. It's a poor challenge. It's a lazy challenge and it's one when you have to hold the player up. I'm not sure it's a penalty but it's a poor challenge.

  7. CLOSE!published at 20:07 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2017

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Swansea

Good start for Swansea as Wayne Routledge powers down the right and whips in a cross which the totem Fernando Llorente heads just wide! Play to your strengths.

    Callum Wilson (Pen 21 mins)

It's not a good penalty as Callum Wilson sidefoots it right down the middle - but as the keeper dives out of the way it doesn't matter!

Bournemouth lead 2-0 and Arsenal's title hopes are under the microscope now.

  9. PENALTY TO BOURNEMOUTHpublished at 20:04 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2017

Charlie Daniels' first touch isn't that good. Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin has committed himself and gone past the ball and leaves Daniels to excellently lift the ball over the keeper.

    Stoke 0-0 Watford

Stoke have a new shape - well, new if you haven't seen them play for a few weeks - and Marko Arnautovic gets down the left to cross in but it comes to nothing.

  12. goal

    Charlie Daniels (16 mins)

A goalscoring defender can be worth their weight in gold, and Bournemouth have one of the best in left-back Charlie Daniels. He collects Junior Stanislas's raking crossfield pass with a great touch, comes inside as Hector Bellerin runs past the ball and then easily beats Petr Cech at his near post.

    Composed.

  15. 'Not a penalty'published at 19:59 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2017

    Bournemouth 0-0 Arsenal

    Steve Claridge
Ex-Leicester striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's not a penalty. It's barely the fingertips but Petr Cech has got a touch. You just have to look at the reaction of the players and Callum Wilson wasn't getting up gesticulating to the referee.

Crystal Palace v Swansea (20:00 GMT)

Sam Allardyce is taking charge for the first time at home tonight and he gets a great reception from the home fans. Rewind a few months and Big Sam's Christmas plans were probably a touch of scouting before a holiday and drawing up the next England squad. How things have changed.

Petr Cech comes out to meet Callum Wilson as the forward hares in on goal - a huge shout goes up for a penalty but nothing is given!

Let's see - Cech just about gets a touch on the ball before cleaning the striker out. Good work from the officials.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Arsenal

    Steve Claridge
Ex-Leicester striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

I know Olivier Giroud gets a lot of stick but I like him as a player. He gives Arsenal something different. He is a combative player.

It is promising from both sides at the moment. They are getting overloads in certain areas and getting in good positions.

  19. Postpublished at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 3 January 2017

Crystal Palace v Swansea (20:00 GMT)

It's been a night of many handshakes for new Swansea boss Paul Clement, and there are six or seven more as he takes his seat high in the Selhurst Park stands. Almost time for his side to try and climb off the bottom of the table.

A win would take them level on points with Sunderland. A point would put them above Hull.

Good pressure from Bournemouth as Simon Francis whips in a dangerous cross from the right, it goes right through to fellow full-back Charlie Daniels, and he wins a corner. Junior Stanislas then shoots from a good 25 yards and it's easily held by Petr Cech.
