Villa win a corner but Robert Green punches the left-wing delivery away. Then the second-phase ball is blocked away for another corner.

This one is aimed for Nathan Baker, but Leeds head it away.

  2. SUBSTITUTION (Villa)published at 78 mins

    Aston Villa 0-1 Leeds

Leeds get in behind Villa's backline with a neat through ball to Hadi Sacko but Mark Bunn does well to rush out and get his body in front to smother Sacko's shot.

Moments later, Villa bring on winger Albert Adomah for Jordan Ayew

    Rotherham 1-2 Burton

Who do you want the big chance to fall to, when you're chasing a precious leveller?

Probably not the defender with one career goal in 65 games.

The goal was gaping, but Darnell Fisher lacks a cool head as his volley flies wide - Rotherham have 17 minutes of normal time left.

  4. Postpublished at 75 mins

    Aston Villa 0-1 Leeds

Jordan Ayew has time to shoot outside the area but his half-volley bounces two yards wide of the far post.

That was a half-chance for Villa.

    Aston Villa 0-1 Leeds

Leeds' Luke Ayling and Villa's Jordan Ayew collide as they go for a 50-50 in the air.

There is not loads in it, but Ayling looks in pain. Both players are OK to continue.

    Rotherham 1-2 Burton

It was only a matter of time - the hosts are turning the screw.

First Jon McLaughlin holds Danny Ward's low effort on the turn, before Anthony Forde's shot goes high and wide after a slick move involving Izzy Brown and Darnell Fisher.

Meanwhile, Peter Odemwingie is on for Rotherham with 67 minutes on the clock.

    Aston Villa 0-1 Leeds

Leeds keeper Robert Green is there again - this time to turn away a fierce effort from a tight angle from Jonathan Kodjia.

I'm not sure it was going in, but it needed to be palmed away to safety and it was.

I have been fortunate enough to play for Aston Villa when things are going well. When it isn't they are a tough crowd. They believe they are a big club and should be challenging for trophies. They do get frustrated quickly and you have to keep playing and believe in what you are doing.

    Rotherham 1-2 Burton

Burton supporters will be pleased to hear this game has hit a bit of a lull as we pass the hour mark.

The Millers have had no openings since the break - alarming as they're meant to be chasing the game against their fellow strugglers.

Nigel Clough's side may fancy nicking a third - the hosts have conceded a league-high 52 goals this season.

Aston Villa are yet to lose at home this season and Steve Bruce's side won five in a row at Villa Park prior to this game.

If Leeds were to keep this up and win tonight, it would be one very big statement indeed.

I think Kemar Roofe was just in front of Mark Bunn for Jansson's goal and the ball pitched in front of him, but it is one you'd expect him to save.

That Leeds goal has completely changed the atmosphere around Villa Park.

The visiting fans are having a great time - their side are third in the league table as things stand.

    Rotherham 1-2 Burton

Nine minutes of the second half have passed, and Burton are enjoying arguably their best spell of the match.

Lloyd Dyer has had their best chance of the half, blazing over after being fed by Lucas Akins.

The Brewers may have lost four league games in a row, but the lost time they suffered five consecutive defeats was back in March 2012 - they're determined not to let it happen again.

    Pontus Jansson

Against the run of play, Leeds lead! From a right-wing corner, Pontus Jansson loses his marker and gets up to send a powerful, downward header in to open the scoring.

There's some debate about whether it got another touch before crossing theline, but the defender will claim it.

    The Leeds fans go wild.
