Man City 2-0 Watford
Manchester City's goalscoring defender Pablo Zabaleta: "It has been a long time without a win playing at home, it has been strange.
"It was not the prettiest game tonight but we had determination to win the game. We had the clean sheet we've been talking about and were solid defensively. Today we were really good at the back and we took our chances. We deserved to win."
On his goal: "As a full-back you go into a game thinking you have to defend but when you have the chance to go forward especially at the far post and attack the space, it is good. It was a great cross from Kevin de Bruyne and a good finish for a full-back!"

Chelsea go six points clear at the top of the table then, and it's close as you like beyond them.
West Brom continue their fine form - TP in Europe anyone?

Ex-Leicester striker at Selhurst Park, BBC Radio 5 live
It is a win that mattered for Manchester United.
They have just beaten Tottenham and needed to follow it up with another win.
If they hadn't won both of those matches their season could have been over in the Premier League.
Now United are hanging on to the coattails of the top four and every game has an element of pressure.
It keeps them in touch and is something to build on and starts to build togetherness.
Middlesbrough 0-3 Liverpool
Jurgen Klopp on his decision to drop Loris Karius in goal: "Life is not always the nicest but these are my boys and for me it is important to push them and protect them and sometimes I have to make decisions I don't like. I know how strong Loris is, but he couldn't show it in the last few games.
"Judging him in this moment makes no sense. Simon Mignolet is on the bench and we have to have competition. It's all about Liverpool. The boys have good character. Karius is still a great keeper."

Simon Gray: Never thought I'd say this, but "Fortress Hawthorns".
Omonuku Ejiro Israel: Cesc Fabregas was outstanding tonight. Fantastic player! What a save by Courtois! Let's ride on....Blue is the colour.
Gregory Mandapat: Worst case scenario for Arsenal. Rivals in the table won. Winning the title is a marathon, but the Gunners suffered a setback.

Manchester United probably just about deserved it.
It took a wonderful, wonderful finish from Ibrahimovic.
It was a patchy performance. It wasn't a game that really got you off your seat but in the good period it was very good.
Man City 2-0 Watford
Simon Stone
BBC Sport at the Etihad Stadium
It's a bit English but that zero next to Watford's name is the notable statistic from tonight.
Pep left John Stones out of his Manchester City line-up, picked four at the back, stuck with them for 90 minutes and was rewarded with his side's third clean sheet of the season.
If City can get that number up, they have the firepower to score - and win - against anyone.
Sunderland 0-1 Chelsea
Sunderland
Sunderland boss David Moyes: "Don't say commiserations, it sounds bad, they deserve more than that. We don't have the quality of Chelsea but we did a really good job.
"I thought we would get a goal, but Courtois has made two great saves, and it would have been a really good point."
Middlesbrough 0-3 Liverpool
Liverpool
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp told BBC Sport: "Not bad, eh? In the first half we were good, the second we were much better.
"We had moments in the first half where we were static and even I was confused. We did much better second half, we could have finished more often.
"Adam Lallana is improving even when he doesn't score, but it's nice he's in that situation. About a year ago I had sat him in the office and I was happy with him but he was like 'I'm not scoring'. And I said he wasn't in the right positions. Tonight he was twice in the right position and it was wonderful."

Manchester City have a late corner deep into injury time. No rush to take it obviously.
Stoke 0-0 Southampton
Sunderland 0-1 Chelsea
Sunderland
Sunderland boss David Moyes: "Their efforts were terrific right up until the last minute, we kept at it and their goalie has made two great saves. That's what he's there to do I guess.
"I don't want a pat on the back for losing, I want the points. But it could have been our night to take a point."
