Celta have come back into the game because United have stopped closing them down.

The three midfield players for Man United do like a foul, I have to say.

Daniel Wass has a free-kick from a long way out for Celta Vigo, he tries to give it the Ronaldo wobble but he can only tonk it into the Stretford End.

The Vigo fans remain in good voice. Next goal makes it interesting.

Ajax move a step closer to the final. I'd go as far as to say they've reserved a window seat and checked in some hand luggage for the flight to Stockholm.

It's a lovely little dinked finish from Kasper Dolberg too. Classy.

Lyon have had another headed attempt on goal. They really need a goal soon to give themselves any chance.

Manchester United 1-0 Celta Vigo (Agg: 2-0)

You always felt that an earlyish goal for Manchester United would kill this tie and that's the way it feels. The goal has in equal measures deflated Celta and pumped up United.

Marcus Rashford playing with bags of confidence, skinning his defender on the right and putting in a fine cross which is just behind his team-mates.

There is a confidence about Man United now and Celta Vigo have dropped their heads and are feeling sorry for themselves.

Celta need to be careful here - I think it's finished anyway but United could finish this off before half time.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan goes past a defender with ease again as Jesse Lingard now shoots over the top.

Celta Vigo have gone defensively already. Heads gone.

Frank_Lopez: Fantastic hoofgoal by United, the Mourinho way.

Josh Earl: That's the goal we needed.

The United gameplan of sitting back and breaking is really bearing fruit now. Jesse Lingard and Henrikh Mkhitaryan link up neatly, with the Armenian shooting high and wide.

    It's a great goal.

They were very patient and the fans were getting frustrated.

Fellaini arrives at the back post and the full-back fell asleep. The goalkeeper should have saved that for me - he is not the tallest keeper in the world but he should have done more.

I just can't see Celta Vigo coming back now.

Is that it? Celta Vigo will need to score twice now, and the atmosphere has changed. Manchester United have scored with their first attack and are in pole, pole position to reach the final in Stockholm now.

There's lots he can't do - but that's what Marouane Fellaini can do!

Marcus Rashford drifts out to the left, looks up and plays a lovely floated cross to the far post. Fellaini has got clear of the defender and heads powerfully home. Goalkeeper Sergio Alvarez could maybe have done better. Just ask Ray Wilkins.

Jose Mourinho doesn't look entirely happy on the touchline.

At one point he marched determinedly back to his dugout before returning seconds later with some more instructions.

When Antonio Valencia advanced forward, Mourinho virtually ordered Jesse Lingard to fill the right-back slot.

Fair to assume Mourinho does not feel this tie is won yet.

Ajax, one foot in the final, look dangerous every time they come forwards as Anthony Lopes makes a decent save to keep Lyon just about in the tie.

Much better! That gets Old Trafford roaring. Paul Pogba wins the ball in midfield, juggles it over the heads of two opponents and then bursts through a gap, turning defence into attack in one swift movement.

He plays it through to Marcus Rashford - but he can't sort his feet out in time.

Pogba has got to start getting on the ball. United have a lot of pace and power in this side but they keep losing the ball.

They seem to have forgotten how to play football. It's all very well pushing the opposition off the ball but they have to be able to use it when they have got it.
