After ringing the changes for Sunday's Premier League defeat at Arsenal, Jose Mourinho reverts to the same XI which did the job in Vigo.

Back comes £90m man Paul Pogba, along with the likes of Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Marcus Rashford and Marouane Fellaini.

The news from the Celta dressing room is, well, there isn't much 'news'. The Spanish side also name the same team which started last Thursday's first leg.

Former Manchester City striker John Guidetti and ex-Liverpool forward Iago Aspas are the two men who Celta pin most of their attacking hopes on.

Manchester United v Celta Vigo (Agg: 1-0, 20:05 BST)

While Manchester United are old hands at this European semi-final lark, Celta Vigo are a little wet behind the ears.

The Spanish side are playing in their first major continental semi-final (no, the 2000 Intertoto Cup against Aston Villa doesn't count).

And, despite having to win at Old Trafford, Celta coach Eduardo Berizzo remains undaunted by the challenge facing his side.

"It represents a massive hurdle for Celta. This in itself is a motivation," he said.

"Having nearly 3,000 people travelling all the way from Spain, even after losing the first leg 1-0, those fans didn't give up, even against the most powerful team in the world with 70,000 of their own fans.

"We've got to go with the attitude that in football, everything is possible."

Lyon boss Bruno Genesio says he remains positive the French club can overturn a three-goal deficit in the other semi-final.

Genesio believes his side's 3-2 league victory over Nantes on Sunday showed they are capable of pulling off a comeback against Ajax.

"We'll have to create chances and take them, but also remain calm and organised when we lose the ball," added Genesio.

"We have to remember that we scored three goals on Sunday. And if we score three against Ajax, we could go through."

  4. The missing piece?published at 19:05 British Summer Time 11 May 2017

You could argue that the piece has been missing for so long because it was unwanted - but with a Champions League place going to the winners, has the Europa League become a trophy well worth winning?

Wayne Rooney has started only 22 games this season and has hinted he may have to leave Old Trafford this summer in order to ensure first-team football.

"He gets hammered and yet he is Manchester United's and England's top scorer," Robbie Savage told BBC Radio 5 live.

"He is a professional, his work ethic is very good, you can see his temperament is still the same. When he gets a decision against him, he goes berserk. That is the same old Wayne Rooney.

"The bottom line is that age and not playing regular games is catching up with him. He is not the player he was. But he is the most under-appreciated footballer we have seen in English football."

Savage did also say though that Rooney was not good enough to play for United any more. And he's not playing tonight.

Who is the player who you don't think gets the credit he or she deserves?

Does your midfield hide a workhorse who allows those around them to shine?

Does your local club have a keeper who is destined for greatness?

    Wayne Rooney. Discuss.

Manchester United and England's greatest ever player? Or Manchester United and England's greatest underachiever?

    Here are the facts.

Five Premier League titles, the Champions League, the FA Cup, three League Cups and the Club World Cup.

    United's all-time leading scorer with 252 goals. England's all-time leading scorer with 53 goals from 119 caps.

Despite these achievements, Rooney is still the most under-appreciated player in English football, says former Wales international Robbie Savage.

    Game face.

Jose Mourinho is not known as a manager who edges his bets when it comes to the serious business of winning football matches.

So it is perhaps not surprising the usually-pragmatic Manchester United boss says it is not a gamble to prioritise the Europa League over a top-four finish in the Premier League.

He reckons it is "common sense".

"Seventeen matches in seven weeks is impossible. It's not a gamble, just a consequence of our situation," said the Portuguese gaffer.

"It was a simple decision, based on common sense."

The early arrivals at Old Trafford tonight are mostly Celta Vigo fans.

They have enjoyed some lovely Manchester sunshine today but it is cloudier now - and a lot less Spanish.

To reach the Europa League final, Celta need to do something no other team has done in European competition before, namely beat Manchester United in a two-legged tie after losing the first leg at home.

Marcus Rashford's first-leg free-kick has put Manchester United in the driving seat - all they need to reach the final in Stockholm is a draw at home.

Which is exactly what they have mastered under Jose Mourinho.

United have drawn 10 times at Old Trafford this season.

Watch your step in the bowels of the Manchester United trophy room.

Step over the 1936 Division Two title, sweep aside the 21 Charity Shields collecting dust in the corner and mind you don't trip over the 1991 European Super Cup.

Come further in, past the five League Cups - this season's is still in the bubble wrap - beyond the 12 FA Cups and move that lifesize cardboard cutout of David May from in front of the Intercontinental Cup.

Make your way past the 20 First Division and Premier League trophies, check under the three European Cups, push past the 2008 Club World Cup and just ask Mark Hughes to put down the Cup Winner's Cup for a minute.

What's missing? That's right, there's no Uefa Cup or Europa League trophy to be found anywhere.

Is this the year that Jose Mourinho completes the set?
