James Tarkowski's shot from the edge of the area hits a defender as Burnley press. Sean Dyche strides to the edge of his technical area to bark some instructions, urging his players forward. He can sense the possibility of snatching something.

Petr Cech is quick off his line to beat Sam Vokes to the ball as the Burnley striker goes through on goal. Arsenal need to keep their concentration.

We've had a goal in this half but it's been nowhere near as fluid as the first. Granit Xhaka's sending off completely disrupted the flow of the game. Just over 10 minutes to go.

It doesn't look good for Dean Marney as a stretcher is summoned. He is replaced by James Tarkowski while Burnley also make their third and final change with Sam Vokes on for Steven Defour.

Dean Marney gives away a free-kick as he halts an Arsenal attack by bringing down Mesut Ozil, injuring himself in the process. Jonathan Moss stood about awkwardly above Marney, waiting for him to get up so he could book him. Eventually he ran out of patience and flashed the yellow card while he was still on the ground.

Neil Moriarty: Appalling decision for the sending off, however Xhaka is proving to be a massive liability.

A change for Burnley as Joey Barton comes on, replacing Jeff Hendrick. A few boos for a player that was linked with a move to the Gunners some years ago.

Barton climbed off the bench to get the winner against Southampton last weekend. Arsenal will be wary of giving away free-kicks.

Arsenal have 20 minutes to keep Burnley at bay with 10 men. The visitors have the chance to do something from a free-kick 30 yards from goal. Steven Defour takes it, up and over the wall, and Petr Cech bats it over for a corner.

Chelsea make only one change from Saturday's 3-0 win at Leicester, but it's a big one. Diego Costa is back in the team, having missed that game with what was officially a back injury but reportedly because of a falling-out with a fitness coach - and interest from China. Willian is the man to make way.

It's two changes for Hull from the team who beat Bournemouth 3-1 in Marco Silva's first Premier League game in charge. Right-back Omar Elabdellaoui makes his debut, and midfielder Evandro starts for the first time. Robert Snodgrass, who is injured, and Adama Diomande drop out.

I agree - red card. It is a good decision.

It is a silly, reckless challenge. Arsenal are on top and just took the lead under no real pressure. 

There was no need to do it. Arsenal now have to readjust and run the risk of conceding.

Bad news for Arsenal. They are down to 10 men as Granit Xhaka is shown a straight red card for a reckless challenge on Steven Defour. Needless stuff and that makes things a little bit uncomfortable for the Gunners.

Loves a red card does Xhaka - that's his ninth in three seasons.
