The Manchester City defence look like they have had a bit of work done with them, a bit of shaping work.

  3. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:32 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Manchester United 0-0 Hull

Manchester United are camped in the Hull half now but thy haven't created a chance since MY WORD!

What a save by Eldin Jakupovic! Marcos Rojo heads the ball across to a suspiciously-offside looking Juan Mata, he's six yards out and unmarked and somehow the keeper saves his shot!

Mata should score. But that's brilliant...

Sergio Aguero has been pretty quiet since he came on but in his defence the game has basically been on pause since the fourth goal. Damage limitation.

  5. GREAT SAVE!published at 21:28 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Stoke 1-1 Everton

Everton chuck on youngster Ademola Lookman and within seconds he forces Lee Grant into a very decent save right down at his near post. That was creeping in!

Arnold Munthali: Win, lose or draw, it seems like Man U is wedded to sixth: till death do us part!

Colin Reardon: What does Niasse have to do to get another yellow card!?

Karl Bristow: Need to back Mourinho now, but are we really better than under LVG? You don't sack an FA Cup winner. Shouldn't have happened.

  7. How long ref?published at 21:27 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

There are 22 minutes left at Stoke and at Manchester United, and around seven left at West Ham.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:26 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Stoke 1-1 Everton

Sound the Saido claxon! Saido Berahino replaces Joe Allen. He doesn't look 100% fit, let's see if he can find the winner.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:25 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Manchester United 0-0 Hull City

Hull's new signing Andrea Ranocchia is on for youngster Josh Tymon. AWAY!

Atletico Madrid have pulled a goal back against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey semi-final first leg.

Antoine Griezmann has got it, heading home from six yards.

The goal scorers tonight? Suarez, Messi, Griezmann.

    Handy.

  11. Postpublished at 21:24 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Manchester United 0-0 Hull City

Oumar Niasse is living a dangerous game. On this occasion he is trying to shoot and catches Daley Blind on his follow through. But for a man on a booking he's skating close to the wind.

Hull are playing well. Marco Silva has got them into a decent-looking outfit. I don't know if it will be enough but...

  12. Postpublished at 21:23 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Stoke 1-1 Everton

Tom Davies hustles and bustles his way down the Everton right and his low cross into the middle almost finds Romelu Lukaku but he's brilliantly marked and it's cleared.

This is not even a competition at the moment. Look how easy Manchester City are getting around the back of the West Ham defence and playing at a pace they want to.

  14. CLOSE!published at 21:21 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Stoke 1-1 Everton

Joel Robles in the Everton net almost gets one all wrong, misjudging the flight of a Charlie Adam free-kick and having to turn it over the top. From the corner Peter Crouch heads over.

No sign of goal 101 just yet.

  15. CLOSE!published at 21:19 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Manchester United 0-0 Hull City

Manchester United now go close again, Wayne Rooney miscues an overhead effort and Zlatan Ibrahimovic does likewise, putting his one wide.

  16. Niasse's not badpublished at 21:17 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

Oumar Niasse will go down as one of Everton's least successful buys.

For the £13.5m Roberto Martinez spent on the Senegal forward, Everton got two starts and five substitute appearances in a little under 12 months.

Hull boss Marco Silva evidently was not put off by such damning statistics - and Niasse looks OK.

Not in the Didier Drogba class I grant you, but not the useless player those statistics would suggest.

  17. Postpublished at 21:17 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Stoke 1-1 Everton

Charlie Adam from the halfway line! A superb effort, first time smash on the bounce, Joel Robles got back well to make the save. But Adam pinged it brilliantly.

Marko Arnautovic is fit to carry on after that challenge earlier on.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:16 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    West Ham 0-4 Manchester City

You can't bring Sergio Aguero on at 4-0 up, away from home. That's a booking to everyone in blue for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Aguero has got 20 minutes to make Jose Fonte's debut even worse.

  19. Championship updatepublished at 21:15 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

Newcastle are back ahead against QPR thanks to a goal from Matt Ritchie with a win taking them back to the top of table.

Scott Malone has scored Fulham's second of the night against Burton Albion and his side now lead 2-0.

Leeds are still being held by Blackburn at Ewood Park.

  20. CLOSE!published at 21:15 Greenwich Mean Time 1 February 2017

    Marcus Rashford shootsImage source, Reuters

Fantastic touch, poor finish! Marcus Rashford kills a great ball over the top with a gem of a touch, he's clean through but he panics and duffs a shot which barely reaches the net and creeps wide.
