Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
This is an interesting one. Theo Walcott off, Mohamed Elneny on. Hold what you have, or get Walcott off before he gets angry again?

It's barely past lunchtime, but the floodlights are on and shining bright. Ahmed Elmohamady is getting ready to come on for Hull. The Tigers come again, Alfred N'Diaye getting ideas above his station and firing way over from about 25 yards. Elmohamady is on for Omar Eladbellaoui.
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
We're back to end-to-end stuff. An Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain run, from inside his own half to edge of the Hull box, is cut out, with Hull then launching their own attack. Really is a good watch.

Daniel Heel: Arsenal moan that they don't get decisions but they won't mention the fact that they got away with a handball and a clear red.
Jon Facer: Mark Clattenberg bottles another decision against the big teams.
Josh Earl: Refereeing performances like this get teams relegated. Sanchez's goal was a clear handball and Gibbs simply had to see red. Hull robbed.

Peter Swan
Former Hull City defender on BBC Radio Humberside
"A little earlier, Theo Walcott's completely lost his composure. Mark Clattenburg has had to trot across to give Walcott a yellow card... and presumably hand him back his teddy bear."
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
Oh, lovely stuff. May well have deserved a goal. Cheeky backheel from Mesut Ozil, Alex Iwobi, leaning back, curling the ball over. Kamil Grosicki has gone off for Hull, Evandro is on.
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
The niggle has got the Arsenal fans wound up, they are just about angry enough to chant their team's name. Harry Maguire is getting some boos.
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
Thinking about it, if it's a foul, and Kieran Gibbs is the last man, then he probably should go, right?
Arsenal 1-0 Hull
Peter Swan
Former Hull City defender on BBC Radio Humberside
"Referee! What a dreadful decision! Kieran Gibbs was the last man, no-one near him, and he's brought Lazar Markovic down. It's a sending off, simple as. And Mark Clattenburg has recently been voted the best referee in the world? What?"
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
Now then. Hull are angry that Kieran Gibbs has only gone in the book here. Lazar Markovic is chasing an aerial ball, taken out in a shoulder charge by Gibbs. There were no other defenders. If Markovic gets through, he's in on goal. Should that be a red card? I'm not sure I know any more...
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
Some handbags here. Theo Walcott is, erm, bundled away from the ball by Harry Maguire, who sees it out for a goal-kick. Walcott is angry with the rough-housing, gets niggly with Maguire, who gives him a little shove. Tom Huddlestone gets involved, then Francis Coquelin gives Walcott a hug. To be honest, Maguire would eat Walcott in a scuffle. Walcott booked.
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
I'm willing to stick my neck out and say there will be more goals in this game. I reckon Arsenal will need a second. To prove the point, Oumar Niasse turns after a Lazar Markovic cross and hits the ball firmly, just to the left of Petr Cech, who pulls off a smart save. Another decent Tigers chance.
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
Wenger still messing with the earpiece...
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
Arsene Wenger missed that, he was still on the long road back from the dressing room. Coquelin is carrying on. Wenger unfurls an ear piece, trying to communicate with the bench. He looks thoroughly confused, like when I got my mum a firestick for Christmas.
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
Oooohhhh. Francis Coquelin down, almost straight from the kick-off. He's taken some studs in the right thigh, sandwiched between two Hull players. Nasty.
Arsenal 1-0 Hull City
Players back out. House of Pain's Jump Around on the stereo. Back under way.

Chris Olive: If handball was defender stopping a goal - penalty and red card. Inconsistent officiating killing the game.
Richard: Clear handball, yes, but difficult to spot. Can't put too much blame on the criminally bad officials for missing this one.
Craig Barraclough: Why is football so resistant to video refs. Wouldn't slow game down anymore than players rolling around pretending to be hurt

Some are saying that the goal wasn't deliberate handball - fair enough, but how many penalties do you see given when the contact wasn't deliberate but the defender just had his hand/arm in a daft place?
I'd love to know if Clattenburg saw it hit the hand, but decided to allow it to stand because he ruled it not to be deliberate.

David Pleat
Former Spurs boss at Emirates Stadium for 5 live Sport
"Arsenal's goal was fortunate - it came after a scramble despite the Gunners' best efforts to play their preferred tippy-tappy football.
"Alexis Sanchez has been the delight of the game, twisting and turning and able to beat his man rather too easily.
"Hull are lacking any kind of goal threat, but the be fair to them they are playing far better than they were a month or so ago."
