Barnsley 0-0 Leeds
Barnsley have perhaps just about had the better of this game so far, though both keepers remain untested.
Young Leeds full-back Lewie Coyle had a bit of a nervy moment as he miscued a clearance from Josh Scowen's cross, but the ball fell kindly back to Rob Green in the United goal.
FT: Aston Villa 2-2 Preston
There was no Ross McCormack in the Villa squad today as they were pegged back to a 2-2 draw by Preston.
BBC WM 95.6 have an explanation for the forward's absence.

Barnsley 0-0 Leeds
The first corner of the game goes to the hosts, but Leeds clear their lines after their first defender had missed his header.
No real chances so far, it's all pretty even in the first five minutes.
Barnsley 0-0 Leeds
Leeds kick the game off in front of a raucous Oakwell crowd.
This should be a cracking derby game.
Barnsley v Leeds (17:30 GMT)
Barnsley hand a debut to Everton defender Gethin Jones, who joined the club on loan on Wednesday. He'll play at left-back next to Marc Roberts, who has recovered from a hip injury.
Leeds' Liam Cooper has not recovered from a leg injury, so full-back Luke Ayling will continue as a makeshift centre-half alongside Kyle Bartley, with Lewie Coyle again starting in Ayling's usual right-back spot. Chris Wood starts up front, looking to add to his 17 goals this season.
Barnsley: Davies, Bree, McDonald, Roberts, Jones, Watkins, Scowen, Hourihane, Kent, Bradshaw, Armstrong.
Subs: White, Hammill, Moncur, Townsend, Jackson, Payne, Williams.
Leeds: Green, Coyle, Ayling, Bartley, Berardi, Bridcutt, Vieira, Hernandez, Roofe, Doukara, Wood.
Subs: Antonsson, Silvestri, O'Kane, Dallas, Philips, Mowatt, Denton.
Barnsley v Leeds (17:30 GMT)
Another man who could be following Sam Winnall on his way out of Barnsley is midfielder Conor Hourihane, who has been linked with a move to Aston Villa, among other clubs.
That speculation only increased when Villa owner Tony Xia followed Hourihane's account on Twitter earlier this week.
Despite the rumours, the Tykes captain keeps his place in the starting line-up tonight. More team news coming up shortly...
Barnsley v Leeds (17:30 GMT)
Change has been in the air of late at Elland Road, after owner Massimo Cellino sold half his stake in Leeds United to fellow Italian Andrea Radrizzani.
Change off the pitch has not resulted in change on the pitch however, as Garry Monk's side have continued to put in some impressive performances to extend their unbeaten run to seven games in all competitions.
Another win for the Whites tonight would strengthen their hold on third position and leave them just five points behind second-placed Newcastle.
Barnsley v Leeds (17:30 GMT)
It's been a difficult January so far for Barnsley fans, who saw their side knocked out of the FA Cup in a third round replay by League Two side Blackpool on Tuesday.
The Tykes faithful have also seen leading scorer Sam Winnall depart the club to join Sheffield Wednesday, while transfer target Sam Morsy opted to sign a new deal with Wigan easrlier this week.
But those recent events can't overshadow what has been a very impressive season so far for Barnsley, who were tenth in the table at the start of the day.
With four victories in their past five home games against Leeds, could tonight be the night they get back to their best?
Barnsley v Leeds (17:30 GMT)
So with the afternoon's 15:00 kick-offs finished, our attention now switches to what promises to be another feisty derby.
And it's probably fair to say two over-achieving Championship sides in Barnsley and Leeds United.
Josh Hunt will take you through that one.
Portsmouth's scheduled trip to Crawley in League Two was one of the first games to fall victim to the weather earlier when a frozen pitch forced a postponement at 09:00.
Pompey defender Christian Burgess was then left free a free afternoon, not that he seemed that pleased about it...
So, suggestions followed for Burgess, including this one from a Portsmouth supporter....
And within the hour, this was the result....
If you haven't been following us this afternoon, where have you been?! It's been tremendous. Here's a quick recap of what happened...
Wins for both of the top two in League Two this afternoon, as leaders Doncaster beat Crewe 3-1 and Plymouth pick up three points at Cheltenham.
That's bad news for third-placed Carlisle, who were held 1-1 at Accrington despite the hosts being reduced to 10 men inside 12 minutes.
In the clash between fifth and sixth at Wycombe, Adebayo Akinfenwa scored a late equaliser to keep the hosts just ahead of Luton, who had John Mullins sent off a few minutes earlier.
Sheffield United miss out on the chance to put big distance between themselves and second-placed Scunthorpe, but Kieron Freeman's goal does at least salvage the leaders a draw at home to Gillingham.
Chuks Aneke was twice on target to help MK Dons earn three points in the day's highest scoring game, the hosts beating Northampton 5-3 to move further clear of the relegation zone.
Oxford also had a huge win, 4-0 the final score at Rochdale, but there were perhaps no bigger winners than Shrewsbury, who moved out of the bottom four with a 1-0 win against Oldham.
Derby 3-2 Reading
It was pretty eventful, this one, but it ends with a vital win for Derby - they close the gap on the top six.
Derby 3-2 Reading
Jordan Obita sees red late on for a second yellow, deliberately stopping a Derby counter attack.
That probably means the end of Reading's fightback.
Newcastle 4-0 Rotherham
Newcastle go top with relative ease after a tight first half.
Rotherham remain bottom and look so, so low on confidence.
Huddersfield 2-0 Ipswich
This was fairly straightforward for Huddersfield who are up to third in the table.
Nottingham Forest 1-0 Bristol City
A big win for Forest but Bristol City's poor run goes on - that's 11 defeats from their past 12 league games.
Debry 3-2 Reading
Reading have won a late corner in stoppage time - can they snatch a point?
