Fulham left-back Ryan Sessegnon cuts inside and sends a right-foot shot well wide.

Sessegnon is just 16. Sixteen! He could be some player. He's already being linked with Premier League clubs.

Fulham are winning the ball back quickly and using it well. City are struggling to get the ball at all and not looking dangerous in open play when they do have it.

It is great attacking play by Fulham at the moment.

Ryan Sessegnon is having a field day out there on the left-hand side.

Fulham break forward with some real class down the City right and Lucas Piazon is able to stride through and send in a shot that just clips the post.

The resulting corner causes chaos and Tim Ream goes close to making it 2-0.

We have a drop ball after Fulham defender Tomas Kalas briefly goes down injured and play restarts.

You have to love a drop ball. We should have more of them.

Has anyone ever scored immediately after a drop ball?

Bristol City boss Lee Johnson is not looking particularly happy though. His side have had a couple of decent chances but the quality play has come from Fulham. No doubt about it.

But it's only 1-0. Plenty of time.

Floyd Ayité drags a shot wide for Fulham. Apart from that Milan Djuric chance, things are looking pretty comfortable for the visitors.

The home crowd are not happy, feeling their Bristol City need to disrupt the play a bit more.

And just as I say that David Cotterill sets up a glorious chance for Bristol City with a delightful cross, but Bosnian international Milan Djuric wastes it.

The big striker heads over when he really should have scored. What an opportunity.

That goal has taken the wind out of City sails.

Fulham are knocking the ball around nicely. The hosts are not retaining possession and struggling to get the tempo right to win it back.

What a goal for Fulham. But Bristol City have got to get more pressure on them. Things are pretty comfortable at the minute for Fulham.

A goal down at home, City have to make sure they don't concede the next goal.

Joe Bryan does well down the flank after a great pass by David Cotterill but he couldn't quite find Matty Taylor with the pull-back.

I've been really impressed with how David Cotterill has started this game.

Still no shots on target. And just two shots in total. David Cotterill has the second effort but it goes over the bar. The Bristol City midfielder has made a busy start.

Some determined pressing forces a corner for the home side. Nothing doing from the set-piece or a spell of decent pressure that followed though.

Neeskens Kebano has already showed a bit of quality on the ball for Fulham, A few stepovers look good but he cannot produce a telling ball at the end of it.

Bristol City set their stall out early on in the game and they're just trying to concentrate on keeping the ball.

But Fulham are playing a high line and there is loads of space in behind them. Bristol City need to try and play it in behind them.
