Newcastle are exerting some pressure now and think they're ahead but the linesman's flag is up for offside.

Tomasz Kuszczak makes a fantastic initial save from Ayoze Perez and the ball is bundled home by Matt Ritchie, who is deemed to be offside.

    Fulham 0-1 Wolves

What a huge goal this could be at both ends of the Championship table.

Struggling Wolves are on for a third straight victory as Helder Costa dispossesses Ryan Fredericks, cuts inside, plays the ball into the area and Ivan Cavaleiro is there to slot it home.

  6. Moussa makes an immediate impactpublished at 15:37 Greenwich Mean Time 18 March 2017

Talk about making an entry. Walsall's Franck Moussa came on to replace the injured Erhun Oztumer after 15 minutes of their League One promotion tussle against Southend and has scored twice inside ten minutes.

Elswehere  Bristol Rovers  are now 2-0 up against struggling  Chesterfield. Scunthorpe  still lead  Oxford, Gillingham are back to 1-1 against Rochdale and Oldham's  survival hopes are looking brighter thanks to Lee Erwin's goal against Peterborough.

In League Two,  Stevenage have doubled their lead against Portsmouth and are 2-0 up. Basement club Newport trail at home to Blackpool and Plymouth lead Morecambe 1-0.

    Birmingham 0-0 Newcastle

Rafa Benitez's Newcastle United cannot seem to get much time and space at St Andrew's today.

Blues are well drilled and have looked the more likely to score so far.

    Birmingham 0-0 Newcastle

Another chance for Birmingham against the league leaders as Craig Gardner chips through to forward Lukas Jutkiewicz, but he can only strike against the side-netting.

Blues have only won once at St Andrew's under Gianfranco Zola. Could this be a chance of an unlikely second?

  10. Kit clash at Craven Cottage?published at 15:27 Greenwich Mean Time 18 March 2017

    Fulham 0-0 Wolves

Forgive us for going all "grumpy old men" here, but football shirts, particularly change kits, seem to be getting brighter and more outlandish these days.

Wolves are sporting a colour we'll describe as "steward's jacket green" at Fulham today - anyone else think it's a clash with Fulham's goalkeeper top?

No goals at Craven Cottage, but Ipswich are in front at Cardiff with a bullet header from defender Luke Chambers.

    Burton 2-1 Brentford

You probably won't see a more carbon-copy-like goal today.

Corner. Near-post flick. Marvin Sordell turns home. That is quite a turnaround for Nigel Clough's side.

    Burton 1-1 Brentford

Brentford's lead did not last for long as Marvin Sordell bags his second goal in a Burton Albion shirt.

A corner is flicked on at the near post and the former Bolton and Coventry man is there to finish.

Lots of eyes from clubs at the bottom of the Championship are on this match.

Dion Dublin is on Final Score right now, and seemingly with his tongue firmly in his cheek, says he may be interested in taking on the vacant managerial job at his former club Norwich City, following Alex Neil's departure.

"I'd be more than happy to take the call from Norwich, drive to Norwich and say to (owner) Delia Smith what do you need?"

    Goals galore at Loftus Road!
