    Blackburn 2-1 Preston

Preston think they've equalised at the death, but it's ruled out for offside.

Tom Barkhuizen's long throw causes chaos in the Blackburn area and the ball comes out to Paul Gallagher, who plays in for Paul Huntington to head home, but the celebrations are short-lived.

    That looked tight.

    Nottingham Forest 1-2 Derby County

Ben Osborn's corner leads to nothing. Derby have kept their fierce rivals at bay with relative ease in the second half.

It looked so promising for Forest before the interval.

A crowd of 26,665 are here to witness a new age under Mark Warburton. There is still time and the Reds have plenty of endeavour left in them to mark the biggest league attendance of the season at the City Ground with a point.. at least.

Or will the travelling 1,951 Rams fans head home with all three to sing about?

    Blackburn 2-1 Preston

The visitors are throwing bodies forward now, and using Simon Makienok as a rather large target.

However, he's an onlooker as Aiden McGeady's strike from distance is off target twice in quick succession.

Less than five minutes left at Ewood Park.

    Blackburn 2-1 Preston

    Bizarre moment at Ewood Park.

The ball is played forward to Preston's Tom Clarke but he hears a whistle and everybody stops.

That whistle, though, did not come from the ref, but instead from a supporter.

    All rather odd.

Another shot from Ross McCormack as Forest continue to find their way back into the match.

Letting McCormack have a sight of goal from the edge of the box is a dangerous game.

Right on cue Ross McCormack has a sweet first-time volley blocked away for a corner, which comes to nothing. Forest finally showing something in the second half.

  19. Postpublished at 14:28 Greenwich Mean Time 18 March 2017

    Nottingham Forest 1-2 Derby County

What have Forest got in the final quarter of the match. They have created precious little so far, hence the introduction of Ross McCormack.

He has real quality on the ball but hasn't shown much of it in a Forest shirt since joining on loan from Aston Villa. Now would be a good time.
