Jon Hall:  What a dull game! 6 minutes into the second half and no more goals, shocking!

Leicester now having an extended spell of pressure as Jamie Vardy is close to wriggling free of the last defender. Islam Slimani is then penalised for a foul in midfield. 

Everton looking bright but Leicester put together a slick counter and Islam Slimani sees his low cross deflected into the side netting, with Joel Robles struggling to get across. Almost a fluke third for the Foxes. 

Still being played in top gear as Ross Barkley and Danny Drinkwater don't pull out of a sliding 50/50, Everton work the ball to Kevin Mirallas and he hits an early shot which thuds satisfyingly into the palms of Kasper Schmeichel. 

Brilliant skill from Romelu Lukaku down in the corner to flick a pass into Mason Holgate, he drags it back to Ross Barkley and he can't get a shot away quickly enough. Promising start to the half though for the hosts. 

Boooooooooooooooooo. No goal.

Islam Slimani, I've just noticed, is wearing gloves. It doesn't get much warmer than this in England I'm afraid. The players are back out. 

Final score predictions? I'm going 5-3 Everton.

Leicester won't want to use any players they've saved up for midweek, but with Riyad Mahrez, Leo Ulloa and Ahmed Musa all on the bench they do have plenty of firepower to call upon. 

Perhaps we shouldn't be surprised. Leicester have conceded the most first half goals in the Premier League this season (28) and have scored two goals in the first half of three of Craig Shakespeare's six games in charge.

It needs this type of game to be played at 100mph. When games are like this you make more mistakes, and if Everton can move it a bit quicker and not take as many touches then they can open Leicester up.

The result most probably is the right result at the minute, but Leicester have done well after conceding so early on.

A great half of poor defending. More of the same please.
