  1. YELLOW CARDpublished at 44 mins

    Everton 3-2 Leicester

Bad news for my fantasy team, as neither side can defend for toffee and now Leighton Baines is booked for a lunge.

Can Leicester level it off before the break? Marc Albrighton's free-kick is a good one but nodded out for a corner...

Phil Jagielka, goal machine. Leicester are badly missing Wes Morgan at corners, and they have let a lead slip inside the first half here.

Hopefully it's not a boring second half because that's sometimes the way it goes. It's a great header by Jagielka but he's not the tallest player on the pitch. Where are the Leicester defenders?

Ross Barkley should have scored but Everton do score anyway! From the corner nobody gets a hold of Phil Jagielka and he is able to head in his second goal of the week. Emphatic.

  7. GREAT SAVE!published at 40 mins

    Everton 2-2 Leicester

And what a chance! Oh Everton should be ahead! From the corner it is worked back in, Ross Barkley is clean through but Kasper Schmeichel just about gets something on it to push it wide!

    He should have scored.

  8. CLOSE!published at 39 mins

    Everton 2-2 Leicester

We do almost have another before the break! Ross Barkley rolls it to Idrisa Gueye, he shovels off a low shot which flicks off the toes of Robert Huth and spins just beyond the post!

    Kasper Schmeichel had no chance.

His passing is a bit off today, Kasper Schmeichel. His kick just went out for a throw and the game has just eased off for the first time.

Schmeichel isn't the tallest of keepers and he's nearly been caught off his line a couple of times.

Romelu Lukaku comes out to the right wing to find some space, before jagging inside and unleashing a left-footed drive which whistles over the bar and into the stands.

For the first time the game is in a bit of a lull. Back to reality with a bump? Let's have at least one more goal before the break.

Sam Pougher:  Oooh handbags at dawn! That yellow is flying out of Madley's pocket

Vieira151: Man, I really dislike Mirallas. He's a good player, don't get me wrong, but his behaviour irks me

Peterfeet: So Mirallas has a handful of Huth's shirt, Huth does not react but gets booked with Mirallas. Refs really poor today.

Mason Holgate flies forwards for Everton but is stopped in his tracks by Islam Slimani. Free-kick Everton, good position.

Andy Mac: I know it's Everton vs Leicester. Which is a blinder yes. But in Holland Willem II are at PSV and have just scored quite a clear goal but the goal wasn't given because of no goal line technology. Keep an eye out for that one. Technology should be everywhere possible.

Well played Phil Jagielka, wise to the closing down from Jamie Vardy and playing his clearance against the England man's legs for a goal kick.

Leicester haven't had much fluency since their second goal, Everton with 77% of possession in the half too.

Percy Chikwela: Already a contender for best game of the season, even beating Chelsea v Man Utd earlier in the season

Agubata Odinaka: Am furiously changing channels, trying to find the Everton match. 4 goals in 20 minutes? Surely this can't be a football match

Steady on! Robert Huth and Kevin Mirallas face off, Mirallas has a huge chunk of Huth's shirt in his hands after taking offence to the big man's challenge.

    It's a booking each.

Mirallas was furious ! Not much in the challenge from Huth to be honest.

I don't know about 10-10 but I reckon we could get a 4-4 at least. We've had five shots on target and four goals.

Garrypl: Seriously, If I was a Leicester fan I'd want two thirds of my season ticket money back

Bob Moss: Think a 10-10 draw might be on in this game

Less a game of football, more a game of NBA Jam. Every attack looks likely to lead to a goal.

That's 11 goals in his last seven Premier League games at Goodison Park for Romelu Lukaku, and he won't get an easier one. All about the cross.
