    Lindsay Johnson
Ex-England defender on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

"She made the difference last week when she scored the goal in the first leg.

"I think she just has that natural winning mentality that all the American players seem to have. She's a World Cup winner, she's scored a hat-trick in a World cup final and I think she will bring a lot of experience to an already determined City side.

"The younger players will certainly learn a lot from Carli Lloyd."

Fortuna Hjorring - playing in their green shirts, white shorts and white socks - must score at least once tonight to have any hope of going through.

A 1-0 win for the Danish side after 90 minutes would send this tie to extra-time and, potentially penalties.

If Fortuna score twice inside 90 minutes, then by virtue of the away goals rule, extra-time would be out of the question.

In short, a draw or better for Man City sends the English league champions through...

Tonight, Man City are bidding to become the first British side to reach the Women's Champions League semi-finals since Birmingham City in 2013-14.

That year, Birmingham knocked out Arsenal in the last eight before they were undone by Swedish side Tyreso's Brazil legend Marta in the semis.

After a goalless first 150 minutes, Tyreso netted three late goals in the second leg to settle the tie.

Speaking about tonight's game earlier today, Wales Women boss Jayne Ludlow - who was part of the Arsenal side that won the European Cup in 2007 - told BBC Radio 5 Live: "Man City have one of the best squads in the world.

"We (Arsenal) were in the competition for a good six season before we managed to win it. Man City are going a bit quicker than we managed to.

"There has been a phenomenal change, particularly in England, over the past five years. I hope, over the next few years, more top-level teams will grasp the value of the women's game.

"The final (in Cardiff) is going to be huge. For us, hosting it in Wales is a great opportunity.

  15. 'Confident' Citypublished at 18:36 British Summer Time 30 March 2017

Man City v Fortuna Hjorring (agg: 1-0) (19:00 BST)

Man City boss Nick Cushing is confident his side will progress tonight but has warned them to expect an extremely difficult second leg.

"At home, if we can do what we've done over the past 20 months, we'll get to the semi-final," he told BBC Sport.

"It is going to be an extremely difficult game. Fortuna have got nothing to lose.

"They have some exceptionally good players, but so have we. If we put in a 10-out-of-10 performance, with and without the ball, we'll get through."

Carli Lloyd's first goal for the club ensured victory in 23 March's first leg  in Denmark and it is that valuable away goal that gives City the advantage going into tonight's match.

United States star Lloyd's first-half header was the only goal in a game City were unlucky not to win by more.

England right-back Lucy Bronze was denied in either half with a volley off the crossbar and a header just wide in the closing stages.
