    HT: Hibernian 0-0 Falkirk

    Brian McLauchlin
BBC Sport Scotland at Easter Road

A towsy opening 45 minutes at Easter Road with both Hibernian and Falkirk struggling to create any clear-cut chances.

Lots of passion and a few meaty challenges, with Falkirk's Luca Gasparatto and Tom Taiwo finding their way into the book of referee Kevin Clancy.

They have been joined in the book by Hibs' Jason Cummings after going down far too easily after a challenge by Peter Grant.

The first goal today looks as if it will be crucial. The last 0-0 between the sides was in February 2009.
