  1. Championship latestpublished at 15:25 British Summer Time 17 April 2017

Tammy Abraham has got Bristol City a precious goal at Blackburn to lead - that puts them seven points clear of Blackburn in the live table. A cheeky finish it was, too, from the on-loan Chelsea youngster.

Adam Reach's sweet strike had Sheffield Wednesday ahead at QPR, who have equalised through Idrissa Sylla.

In the current coupon buster of the day, already-relegated Rotherham lead at Reading through Tom Adeyemi.

  2. Iron lead Chesterfieldpublished at 15:24 British Summer Time 17 April 2017

    Scunthorpe 1-0 Chesterfield

Scunthorpe take the lead as Josh Morris' corner is turned home by the unfortunate Paul McGinn into his own net. Remember, Chesterfield have to win today to avoid relegation.

    Brighton 0-0 Wigan

Anthony Knockaert's crosses are causing all sorts of trouble for Wigan.

The Frenchman delivers a free-kick into the box, which keeper Jakob Haugaard can't keep hold of.

Lewis Dunk has two attempts to stab the loose ball towards goal, but twice Wigan get a body in the way. Nervy stuff from the visitors.

  5. Orient draw levelpublished at 15:18 British Summer Time 17 April 2017

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Hartlepool

Leyton Orient level with a neat near-post finish from Victor Adeboyejo, but it won't be enough to keep the O's in League Two as things stand.

  6. League One latestpublished at 15:18 British Summer Time 17 April 2017

Just the one goal so far in League One and Oxford United have it through Josh Ruffels against Port Vale. Everything else goalless.

Champions Sheffield United beat Bradford 3-0 in the early game with Leon Clarke grabbing two goals.

    Brighton 0-0 Wigan

Brighton almost ahead as Anthony Knockaert whips a dangerous ball in towards Glenn Murray, but Dan Burn gets back in the nick of time to head clear.

The Seagulls aren't showing any sign of nerves so far.

In the 14:45 BST kick-off it is 1-0 to Fulham against Aston Villa through 16-year-old Ryan Sessegnon - that scoreline temporarily puts them sixth. Even worse for Villa, top scorer Jonathan Kodjia has just been sent off.

Bristol City nearly scored within 15 seconds at Blackburn through Joe Bryan, but that - along with rest of the other second-tier games - is currently goalless.

  12. Orient fall behindpublished at 15:09 British Summer Time 17 April 2017

    Leyton Orient 0-1 Hartlepool

Having made a bright start, Leyton Orient have fallen behind to Hartlepool.

    Brighton 0-0 Wigan

Brighton have made the better start, with Wigan struggling to get hold of the ball.

Solly March floats a cross harmlessly across the box, before Anthony Knockaert has the first shot of the game, firing straight at Latics keeper Jakob Haugaard.

    Brighton v Wigan (15:00 BST)

    Terry Butcher
Ex-England captain, BBC Radio 5 live at Amex Stadium

Wigan can be good, but they can also self-destruct.

There's going to be tension in the first 20 minutes from the Brighton crowd and players, but once they settle in to their rhythm, I think they're going to win this match.

  20. Pompey playing uppublished at 14:55 British Summer Time 17 April 2017

Notts County v Portsmouth (15:00 BST)

Portsmouth have packed quite a lot into the nine years since they lifted the FA Cup in 2008.

There's been another FA Cup final appearance, administration, three relegations in four seasons, play-off heartache and plenty more in between.

But it appears that the happy days are heading back to Fratton Park, with Portsmouth closing in on promotion from League Two.

This campaign, their fourth in a row in the fourth tier, has seen Pompey as fixtures in the top seven, and a run of six wins in their past eight league games has taken Paul Cook's men close to securing a top-three finish.
