Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte know their respective line-ups and are probably scribbling out the team-sheets as we speak. And once they have been handed in to the referee's dressing room, then we will be informed of who's in and who's not.

In the meantime let's speculate. There has been plenty of chat that Blues keeper Thibaut Courtois is out with an ankle problem.

Team news will arrive in just over 10 minutes...

And as well as possible implications in the destination of the Premier League title, let's not forget Manchester United desperately need three points too.

That would close the gap on the top four, ahead of next week's Manchester derby at City. And United owe City one for beating them to the title in 2012. Vincent Kompany? Header? That's the one.

Hello! It might now be known as the 'Jose Mourinho Derby' - well, to me if not anyone else - but there is no doubting Manchester United v Chelsea is one of THE marquee fixtures of the Premier League season. Even if United are now only slightly better than average...

Today Mourinho is hoping to prod a stick into the Chelsea spokes and make their seemingly-inevitable procession wobble.

As well as falling out with his own players, ahem, allegedly, Jose Mourinho has also taken it upon himself to create a bit of beef with the people who used to adore him, the Chelsea fans, and the man who has replaced him as the focus of their affection, Antonio Conte.

Today he would love it, just LOVE it, if he beats them at Old Trafford today.

Which category does Jose Mourinho fall into? His bulging cabinet of winners' medals (not including the ones he has given away), external certainly proves he knows what it takes to win football matches.

But in recent months, his man management skills appear to be lacking somewhat.

First, there was Eva Carneiro. That led, allegedly, to friction with Eden Hazard, Diego Costa and others. Then there is Luke Shaw. And now, apparently, David De Gea...

Management. The art of managing people. Using your well-honed personal skills - communication, honesty, empathy - to get the best out of the employees you are responsible for.

Some bosses are incredibly successful at this. Making their staff feel loved, leading to high performance and successful results.

    Others, well, just aren't.
