That's all we've got time for, on the night Reading beat Fulham thanks to Yann Kermorgant's second-half penalty, to reach the Championship play-off final.

The Royals are one step closer to ending their four-year stay in the Championship.

Reading's win tonight maintains their unbeaten home run, which began in January.

Their groundsman will be glad they don't have any more games at the Madejski this season, though, as the pitch has been rather trampled on, so to speak... It's been some party in Berkshire.

Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic adds:

"After a few days I expect I will be happy with our progress.

"If we want to be promoted next season we have to be better. We have to be candidates to be closer next season.

"We showed more ambition and we must be clever [this summer] to be ready next season."

A tense night of football drama in its purist Championship form has been served up tonight.

There's unbridled joy for Reading as they move to within one win of a Premier League return, while for Fulham there is plenty of heartache.

On the decision to give Reading a penalty, Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic adds:

"If he [the referee] must give it in this situation, he must do it in the opposite box when they push Lucas Piazon.

"In general, I think Mr Atkinson is best to referee in England. He knows better. I cannot complain."

"I'm disappointed. I'm proud with our product and that we tried. We had many chances.

"We were not clinical. We are not happy. We cannot be satisfied but we made many, many important steps [this season]. We will try next year."

Fulham fans unfortunately might have to face the reality tomorrow that players will move on.

They recruited very well last summer, they're going to have to in my opinion do the same again this summer, and they're going to lose two or three of their better players.

If we're brutally honest about football, as a Championship club you're a stepping stone, you're a selling club.

If you provide anything that's good enough across a Championship season, that player gets plucked out if you're not promoted and taken to a Premier League club. That's life now.

On Man of the Match, keeper Ali Al Habsi, Reading boss Jaap Stam adds to Sky Sports:

"Today he (Ali Al Habsi) had a terrific game again. But we knew what we needed to do in the two games and we worked very hard."

And on why Yann Kermorgant took the penalty, Stam adds:

"We trained on penalties yesterday and Yann [Kermorgant] was the only one who scored. So he took it."

"It's great to work with a club that's got a lot of potential and with players willing to work really hard to get somewhere.

"To get this result today - against a very good team by the way - I'm very happy with that.

"Fulham have got a lot of threats. In the first half, we did quite well. In the second half, we started well.

"Then they're controlling the game and we needed to defend. We needed to dig in."

Spare a thought for Fulham. They were so close, but yet so far.

They were the joint-top scorers in the Championship this season with 85 goals. They lost just five times in the league since November.

They've entertained everyone since Christmas with some terrific football, but tonight they just couldn't beat Ali Al Habsi.

Reading keeper Ali Al Habsi tells Sky Sports:

"It's a dream come true. We've been fantastic all season.

"In the first leg, we knew the most important thing was to get the draw because, at home, we know we can do it.

"The fans have been waiting for this moment."

Jaap Stam, the miracle worker, has turned Reading from also-rans to play-off finalists!

Incredible scenes, an amazing 90 minutes of drama and tension. What a night for Reading!

The Madejski pitch now is a sea of blue and white shirt, scarves, and flags. They're singing "we're going to Wemberlee".

Yann Kermorgant's penalty won the tie, but Ali Al Habsi's saves made the key difference. Fulham could most certainly have won tonight. It was a fantastic game.

Reading fans stream onto the pitch. Man of the Match Ali Habsi is delirious - he is dancing for joy.

Fulham look desolate. They sink to the floor. They gave it everything.
