    Blackpool 2-2 Luton

Again Blackpool attack, again they create a really good chance.

This time Neil Danns cuts in from the right, dummies a shot and then a fizzed left-footed strike is pushed away by Stuart Moore.

Right on cue, Exeter get themselves a third goal.

Winger Joel Grant is involved yet again, taking on his full-back and pulling the ball back to David Wheeler.

Wheeler was denied moments earlier but this time he controls the cross and shows composure to finish across Mark Gillespie.

An uphill task for Carlisle now.

  3. GREAT SAVE!published at 19:44 British Summer Time 14 May 2017

    Carlisle 1-2 Exeter

Exeter force a corner on the far side and David Wheeler forces a reflex save from Mark Gillespie.

The forward heads the poor firmly towards goal - it's right above the Carlisle keeper but he still has to react quickly to tip it over.

The Devon side look the more dangerous here.

    Blackpool 2-2 Luton

Just as Luton seemed to be everywhere after their second goal, it is wave after wave of Blackpool attacks at the moment.

Kyle Vassell gets in behind the Hatters' defence but a block at the last minute means they have to settle for just a corner.

  5. Postpublished at 19:40 British Summer Time 14 May 2017

    Carlisle 1-2 Exeter

Just eight days ago these teams met on the final day of the regular season at St James Park.

Exeter scored in first half stoppage time to lead 2-1.

Carlisle won the match 3-2 - surely history can't repeat itself?

It's taken less than 90 seconds to bring you the first goal of the second half and what a goal.

The ball falls kindly to Mark Cullen five yards outside the area, dead centre of the pitch - my oh my this is a sweet, curling strike into the top right-hand corner.

A second of the evening from the former Hatter.

He's been linked with a move to Huddersfield in some newspapers today in a football director role but former England manager Steve McClaren will have enjoyed the three goals he's seen so far at Bloomfield Road.

Ian Lamont: Don't know about other divisions but three League Two play-off contenders have huge plus goal difference so always likely to be a place for goals.

Matt Oswin: Happy to be leading at half time. Hopefully the goal on the stroke of half time will enable us to push on.

    An upbeat Exeter fan there.

    Reading v FulhamImage source, Empics

Both semi-finals are even Stevens heading into the second legs, with that Premier League carrot still dangling tantalisingly for all four sides.

On Tuesday night Reading host Fulham, having drawn 1-1 at Craven Cottage yesterday.

The following evening sees Huddersfield go to Sheffield Wednesday - surely that'll be more interesting than the goalless draw they played out earlier today!

Both ties kick off at 19:45 BST.

  12. 'A brilliant advert for League Two'published at 19:23 British Summer Time 14 May 2017

    HT: Blackpool 1-2 Luton

    Keith Southern
former Blackpool midfielder on BBC Radio Lancashire

It's been the best 45 minutes of football I've seen this season. They went at each other hammer and tong, no holding back, they've flooded men forward.

It's been a brilliant advert for League Two football.

  13. 'Both teams have goals in them'published at 19:22 British Summer Time 14 May 2017

    HT: Carlisle 1-2 Exeter

    Chris Lumsdon
former Carlisle midfielder on BBC Radio Cumbria

Both teams have got goals in them and both teams let the defenders defend.

The rest of the team don't get back and help.

I'm not even slagging them off - they're just both teams that concede goals.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 19:20 British Summer Time 14 May 2017

    Blackpool 1-2 Luton

    Luton celebrationImage source, Rex Features

Mark Cullen put Blackpool ahead but two quality goals have given Luton the lead through Dan Potts and Isaac Vassell.

However, the Seasiders ended the half on top and there are definitely more goals in this.

  15. HALF-TIMEpublished at 19:19 British Summer Time 14 May 2017

    Carlisle 1-2 Exeter

And then comes the half-time whistle.

The goals haven't been particularly pretty, but it's been high-octane stuff.

Exeter have scored all the goals - Joel Grant and Ryan Harley in the right end, and Jordan Moore-Taylor scoring an unlucky own goal.

  16. goal

GOAL (Harley)published at 19:17 British Summer Time 14 May 2017

    Carlisle 1-2 Exeter

    It's another goal!

Exeter's first scorer Joel Grant does a couple stepovers and passes inside for Ryan Harley, who sidefoots towards goal first time.

His effort takes a deflection on the way through and beats Mark Gillespie, despite the Carlisle stopper once again getting a touch to it before it went in.

  17. CLOSE!published at 19:16 British Summer Time 14 May 2017

    Blackpool 1-2 Luton

It's all Blackpool at the moment.

Clark Robertson's fierce strike is palmed away and then Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu makes an excellent block at the back post as more players in tangerine come in.

Four added minutes in Blackpool before half-time.

  18. Postpublished at 19:15 British Summer Time 14 May 2017

    Carlisle 1-1 Exeter

There's a rare lull at Brunton Park, but the managers are keeping us entertained.

Carlisle boss Keith Curle is on the edge of his technical area gesticulating and showing plenty of emotion.

Meanwhile, many of you will be surprised to hear that Exeter manager Paul Tisdale is NOT wearing a hat tonight...

    We're almost played 45 minutes.

Kyle Vassell again for Blackpool who just seems to mistime his jump from a corner and cannot make a clean connection.

Chances coming for the home side.
