    Sunderland

Just in case you need a reminder (sorry Sunderland fans).

Sunderland will be relegated this weekend:

    • If they lose AND Hull avoid defeat at Southampton
    • If they lose AND Swansea (who play Manchester United on Sunday) win
    • If they draw AND Hull win, The Black Cats could also be “on the brink” (12 points adrift with four games left) depending on results

The team news is appearing - Robert Snodgrass and Mark Noble are only on the bench for West Ham, Jack Butland keeps his place in the Stoke goal and Steven Pienaar starts for Sunderland.

Deeney was excellent on 5 live last night in fact.

Listen, or download, here as he takes us inside his dressing room, talks discipline, and shares his fears about the way modern football is going.

Ahead of the north London derby he tells Darren Fletcher and Jermaine Jenas that there is no fear when teams face Arsenal and with Sunderland facing relegation this weekend, they look at Saturday’s scrap for survival at the bottom of the Premier League.

Watford, sitting in 10th place, aren't in action until Monday when they take on Liverpool.

So their captain Troy Deeney joined 5 live's Friday Football Social last night.

And he gave us an insight into his leadership style.

"There are no leaders in football, in general. Everyone wants to be friends, following each other on social media and swapping shirts. I don't understand it. I want to go to war."
