  1. League One latestpublished at 16:37 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

It hasn't got any better for Southend, who are now 5-0 down at Rotherham - Ryan Williams with the latest goal for the Millers.

James Coppinger has been there, done that, and got the t-shirt - he slots home a penalty for Doncaster, who now lead 2-0 at Blackburn.

In their first League One home match in six years, Plymouth have withstood Charlton pressure to go a goal up thanks to Jake Jervis.

  2. goal

GOAL - Derby 0-2 Wolvespublished at 16:34 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Ivan Cavaleiro

Wolves are surely heading for victory at Pride Park.

The visitors have been by far the better side at Derby, and they have a richly-deserved second goal.

Jota bears down on goal before squaring the ball to Ivan Cavaleiro to tap into the net.

Cavaleiro was sent off on his last visit to Derby in April - today's game looks like it's going to end much happier for the Portuguese winger.

  3. Postpublished at 16:33 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Barnsley 1-2 Ipswich

Mick McCarthy made two half-time substitutions, bringing on David McGoldrick and Martyn Waghorn with his Ipswich side trailing 1-0 at Barnsley.

Both have scored and the Tractor Boys are now 2-1 ahead at Oakwell.

Waghorn's goal comes from a lovely Joe Garner through ball - can Barnsley react?

  4. goal

GOAL - Hull 4-1 Burtonpublished at 16:31 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Abel Hernandez

    It's a hat-trick for Abel Hernandez!

Sam Clucas plays the Uruguay striker through on goal, and he shows no sign of nerves to plant the ball past Steven Bywater for his third.

It's been a miserable afternoon for the Brewers.

  5. Brentford heading for defeatpublished at 16:28 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Brentford 1-3 Nottingham Forest

    Forest celebrateImage source, Dan Westwell

Brentford have been the better side for long periods against Nottingham Forest, but the Reds are proving a resilient unit through the first two weeks of the season and great in attack today too.

Jota has a shot saved by Jordan Smith, before Ollie Watkins shoots wide.

Dean Smith brings on French forward Neal Maupay as he tries to salvage a point from the game.

  6. goal

GOAL - Cardiff 3-0 Aston Villapublished at 16:27 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Nathaniel Mendez-Laing

Are Aston Villa's away-day nightmares still not over? It would seem that way.

Nathaniel Mendez-Laing has his second of the game for Cardiff - he weaves his way down the left flank before shooting clinically past Villa keeper Sam Johnstone, who can do little about it.

    A lovely curling effort.

  7. Postpublished at 16:27 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Millwall 1-1 Bolton

Two newly-promoted sides, who both lost their opening games, meeting at the New Den.

Both sides are understandably eager to get off the mark in the Championship and Felipe Morais, nine minutes after coming on as a sub, has levelled for Bolton to make it 1-1 against Millwall.

  8. RED CARD (Ben Pearson)published at 16:25 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Leeds 0-0 Preston

We've hardly mentioned Leeds v Preston today, but there is an incident of note to discuss now...

Preston's Ben Pearson has been sent off, his second yellow card coming for pulling back Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips.

  9. League Two updatepublished at 16:23 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

Marc McNulty has been prolific in League One previously, so it's no surprise to see him pop up with a goal to put much-fancied Coventry 1-0 up at Grimsby.

There's a lot of pressure on Mansfield to deliver this season, having made 13 signings, and having been goalless at half time they now lead Forest Green 2-0 thanks to Danny Rose and Paul Anderson strikes.

All of the latest League Two scores are here.

  10. Postpublished at 16:23 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Birmingham 1-1 Bristol City

    Brendon Mitchell
    BBC Sport at St Andrew's

Birmingham, out-thought and out-passed before the break, have got much closer to the visitors since half-time and looked the more threatening for it.

But they'll miss star man Che Adams, who has been forced off with what appears to be a hamstring problem.

It's gone from wide open to tense, tight and difficult to call.

  11. goal

GOAL - Reading 1-0 Fulhampublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Liam Kelly

Finally, at long last, the opening goal for Reading.

Liam Kelly scored two goals in the EFL Cup in midweek, and now he has his first Championship goal of the season.

The Republic of Ireland youth international fires in from the edge of the box, with David Button for once unable to reach out to stop the shot.

  12. Postpublished at 16:19 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

Hull are really making the extra man count now at home to Burton, and Abel Hernandez shows his pedigree to score his second and put the Tigers 3-1 up.

It's looking like back-to-back defeats for Nigel Clough's Brewers.

Junior Hoilett was once a name we all knew as a threat in the Premier League - he's rebuilding his career at Cardiff and has doubled their lead to make it 2-0 at home to Aston Villa.

  13. Derby riding their luckpublished at 16:16 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Derby 0-1 Wolves

Wolves ought to be 2-0 up at Derby.

Scott Carson pulls off a sharp stop to push Jota's shot against the woodwork, and Leo Bonatini fires the follow-up shot wastefully over the bar.

Could that miss come back to haunt the visitors?

  14. Button keeps Fulham on termspublished at 16:13 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Reading 0-0 Fulham

Reading will be kicking themselves tonight if they somehow don't come away with three points.

John Swift thinks he has the opener against 10-man Fulham, but visiting keeper David Button pulls off a spectacular diving stop to deny him.

  15. Postpublished at 16:13 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Sam WinnallImage source, Rex Features

That could be a big goal for Sheffield Wednesday.

Having lost their first Championship game, and trailing to QPR with Fernando Forestieri left out of the squad, Sam Winnall steps up to drill home an equaliser.

In the meeting of two promoted sides, George Saville applies the finishing touch to break the deadlock for Millwall against Bolton.

Having missed a sitter in the first half, Kamil Grosicki has headed Hull 2-1 up at home to 10-man Burton, while David McGoldrick has put Ipswich back to 1-1 at Barnsley.

  16. Brentford hit the postpublished at 16:11 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Brentford 1-3 Nottingham Forest

Brentford almost right back in it!

Florian Jozefzoon steps up to take a free-kick and curls his shot against the post.

The Bees need a goal back quickly if they are to have any chance of avoiding a second straight defeat in the league.

  17. League One latestpublished at 16:07 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

They might've won in the EFL Cup in midweek, but Blackburn lost their League One opener and are behind again at Ewood Park.

John Marquis, who was so prolific in League Two last season, is given bags of time to find the bottom corner for Doncaster.

Elsewhere another of the big names, Portsmouth, are behind - Wes Thomas putting Oxford ahead.

  18. goal

GOAL - Brentford 1-3 Nottingham Forestpublished at 16:07 British Summer Time 12 August 2017

    Andreas Bouchalakis

What a happy return this is turning out to be for Mark Warburton.

The Nottingham Forest boss sees his side go 3-1 up at Brentford, as Andreas Bouchalakis thunders a shot into the top corner from 25 yards out.

That's now two goal of the month contenders on his league debut for the Reds. Stunning debut.

    League Two round-up

Fair play to Yeovil - having lost 8-2 on the opening day, they've come from a goal down to lead 3-1 at the interval at home to Accrington, with Southampton loanee Olufela Olomola scoring twice.

Wycombe already look home and dry at Port Vale as an Adebayo Akinfenwa brace has helped them to a 3-0 half-time lead.

Elsewhere, Crewe are level at 1-1 with Newport despite losing Perry Ng to a red card, and Chesterfield face a tough second half at Notts County - they've had Scott Wiseman sent off.
