Leicester could take many positives from their defeat at Arsenal in the season's opening fixture but will be desperate to take three points against Brighton - especially as the Foxes' next two league games are against Manchester United and Chelsea respectively.

Brighton were stubborn against Manchester City on their Premier League bow, but well beaten in the end.

Chris Hughton has broken the club's transfer record three times this summer, most recently adding Colombian Jose Izquierdo from Club Brugge - a spectacular scorer against Leicester in last season's Champions League.

But for all the optimism at Brighton it would be a surprise if they could record a first top-flight away win since 1983.

The players vacate the pitch and some children appear with flags.

To me that sounds like game on. Leicester chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha takes his place in the stands. I know names aren't allowed in Scrabble but if they were, would his span the entire width of the board?

We have received a tweet from outside the King Power Stadium which says "hundreds" of Leicester fans have found their season tickets are not functioning. If that's the case it's far from ideal. Let us know if you get in and how long it takes via #bbcfootball.

Thanks for the tweet Paul. App users may need to click the link to see the confusion outside the stadium.

What a trip these guys have had. Almost a couple of hundred miles from the south coast, passing the phenomenon that is Milton Keynes, to see a first top-tier away game since 1983. There will be joyous chaos in that away end if the Premier League new boys win.

Leonardo Ulloa's 28 goals in 56 games at Brighton got him a move to Leicester. His face glares at his old team-mates as they arrive at the King Power. He's on the bench as is often the case these days.

We are loving the positive vibes Tomer but it's the bench for you I'm afraid.

  7. How they line up...published at 14:37 British Summer Time 19 August 2017

Leicester are unchanged from that thrilling 4-3 defeat at Arsenal. Riyad Mahrez, heavily linked with a move away, starts again. Still no place for Kelechi Iheanacho, who has a toe injury.

Jamie Murphy and Glenn Murray come into the Brighton side from defeat at the hands of Manchester City. Tomer Hemed and Izzy Brown - who aggravated a hamstring injury in the 2-0 loss - drop out.

Brown's omission means Brighton have four new faces in the line-up from last season.

Welcome one and all, welcome. We have two teams without a point after a game. So in 90 minutes or so, one will have had an officially 'bad' start to the season in my homemade form book and one a 'solid' start. If they draw, then I'm afraid I have no real way of summing it up.

The players are going through their drills. Leicester boss Craig Shakespeare likes to be out there with them observing and he's taking in every bit of this warm-up. He's the full-on old school tracksuit manager - arms behind the back, zip-up top on, all he needs is a Tony Pulis cap.

    Let's get this on...

  9. Open with a tune...published at 13:25 British Summer Time 19 August 2017

    Leicester v Brighton (15:00 BST)

I bought a ticket to the world

But now I've come back again

Why do I find it hard to write the next line?

Oh, I want the truth to be said

    Tony HadleyImage source, Getty Images

What am I banging on about? Why is Tony Hadley the opening image of this live text?

Because Spandau Ballet's hit True topped the charts when Brighton last played a top-flight game away from home. There you go Seagulls, get that tune blaring in the car on the way home.

All together now... "I know this much is... true."
