If you're wondering where all the sandwiches have gone in the press room it seems our colleagues from BBC Radio Stoke have snaffled them all. There was nothing but crumbs when I eventually got down there.

Still goalless at Southampton but the hosts are pressing and force a couple of corners in quick succession. Both come to nothing, however.

Good chance for Newcastle as Jacob Murphy, making his first start for the club, sees his effort palmed away by Jordan Smith.

A couple of changes for the second half at the John Smith's Stadium as midfielder Philip Billing comes on for defender Christopher Schindler for Huddersfield while Kieffer Moore replaces striker Jamie Proctor.

So so easy for the Premier League side tonight. Joe Allen clinical in front of goal with the captain's armband tonight. He's been involved in all three goals, scoring two and providing the assist for Peter Crouch who scored Stoke's second.

The Stoke press officer sitting behind me says 'it's like watching Brazil.'
