    Too easy.

    Southampton 0-1 Watford

Southampton make a change for the second half as Jams Ward-Prowse is replaced by Dusan Tadic. The Saints certainly need to mix things up in attack. Not much of a threat in the first half.

  15. 'Sissoko has made a difference'published at 15:45 British Summer Time 9 September 2017

    Everton 0-2 Tottenham

    Leon Osman
Ex-Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

It was a fantastic save initially from Jordan Pickford but all day Spurs have had some fantastic runners from midfield.

Spurs have taken advantage on this occasion but Everton's back four just don't know what to do with them.

Moussa Sissoko has made such a massive difference today because the runs he's made from deep have caused a real problem for Everton.

    Dion Dublin
Former Leicester & Man Utd forward on Final Score

Everton had three or four chances to defend that.

There is no composure and their captain has been booked so they are on tenterhooks.

How you expect to get three or four chances to defend your goal in the Premier League, I have no idea. Very poor defending.

    Brighton 0-0 West Brom

Ooof. Big chance for West Brom to catch Brighton cold.

Gareth Barry latches on to one from 15 yards out which forces a great tip-over save from Mat Ryan.

    Christian Eriksen (42 mins)

    In control.

Tottenham get a second before the break as Dele Alli sends the ball across the face of goal, Cuco Martina swings a boot lazily at it but can't prevent the ball from running through to Ben Davies, whose shot is spilled by Jordan Pickford and Christian Eriksen makes no mistake.

    Alvaro Morata (41 mins)

He's had a good start to the game, and moments after a massive chance at one end, Alvaro Morata heads Chelsea ahead.

Cesar Azpilicueta sends in a delicious cross from the right, Morata has got away from Wes Morgan for once and can steer a header down and in.
