Chelsea fans - in fact nearly all fans - will see a new stadium tonight, because Atletico no longer play at the Vicente Calderon.

It's all change - with Atletico's new Wanda Metropolitano stadium also hosting the 2019 Champions League final.

Atletico made a winning start in their new stadium last week as France forward Antoine Griezmann scored the only goal in a La Liga victory over Malaga.

Spain's royal air force took part in a flyover pre-match and the match ball was delivered by paragliders in front of Spanish king Felipe VI, a supporter of the club.

I went to the Calderon and it was a magnificent, if fading and crumbly, old place. Let's hope the new gaff keeps the atmosphere.

  10. New boss bounce?published at 18:41 British Summer Time 27 September 2017

    Anderlecht v Celtic (19:45 BST)

    Liam McLeod
    BBC Sport Scotland

Brendan Rodgers remains cautious of the threat posed by Anderlecht, who lost 3-0 away to Bayern Munich in their group opener, despite the apparent inner turmoil which led to manager Rene Weiler being sacked amid a sluggish start to their title defence.

"It's always sad when a manager loses his job, but there's clearly some problems there," he added.

"But I suppose this is a competition that Anderlecht will see as an opportunity to try and turn that fortune around.

"You never know what'll happen with the change in manager, sometimes you have that bounce effect with the team, when an interim manager comes in.

"But, we've done our best to study Anderlecht's games so far and it'll still pose a threat for us and be a difficult game, especially away from home."

Striker Diego Costa completed his move back to Atletico Madrid from Premier League champions Chelsea last night.

The two clubs agreed terms last week and the 28-year-old Spain international passed his medical on Monday.

However, he cannot be registered to play for the La Liga side until 1 January, when the club's transfer window ban comes to an end.

Costa left Atletico for Chelsea in 2014 and scored 59 goals in 120 games appearances for the Blues.

He won two Premier League titles and the League Cup with the club, but found himself exiled at Stamford Bridge over the summer.

    Moscow

This is Jose Mourinho's fourth encounter with CSKA Moscow after previous Champions League ties with Chelsea, Inter and Real Madrid and he's never lost to them although he reckons this is the best CSKA team he will have faced.

To make things slightly trickier he's without Paul Pogba, Marouane Fellaini and Michael Carrick in central midfield and there's no Antonio Valencia or Phil Jones in the defence tonight.

The VEB Arena holds 30,000 fans and there is a 142 metre high skyscraper beside it which resembles the Uefa Cup to mark the club's triumph in that competition in 2005.
