    Romelu Lukaku (4 mins)

Who else? He just keeps on scoring, and he keeps on making it look so easy too. Anthony Martial crosses from the left, Sergei Ignashevich looks each of his 38 years as he just doesn't get off the ground at all and Romelu Lukaku heads down and in.

A complete mismatch in the air.

I'm surprised by the intensity by Atletico Madrid at times but they always come out this way. They want to put a marker down on the game.

They look up for it this evening.

    CSKA Moscow 0-0 Manchester United

Manchester United put together a flowing move which ends when Ander Herrera hammers a cross too hard and too high at Anthony Martial.

CSKA counter, at pace, and for a moment it looks as if Alan Dzagoev may be in on goal but he's ever so slow and Ashley Young gets back to clear.

Atleti force a very early corner but Chelsea clear their lines. It's a strong start from the hosts, roared on by that vociferous backing.

Killian: Disappointed that Luke Shaw isn't playing. Perfect game to get 90 mins under his belt, especially playing as a wing back.

Rodney: Jose's right...CSKA will be difficult opponents - they know a win over United tonight will put them in a superb position..

Iain: CSKA, want to beat United tonight? Drag Bailly & Smalling out wide & slip the ball to anyone so they're 1 on 1 with Lindelof.

    Danny Mills

The English clubs have had relatively easy ties until now. This will be the biggest test for Chelsea so far.

Atletico Madrid know how to get through the group stages. That experience is key. That is why Simeone is starting to rotate his squad a little bit more.

Diego Simeone is ultimately very defensive-minded. You have to have a great defence. He is great at that.

His team are so workman-like and they all work for each other. They just swamp teams at times and crowd players out.

They make it hard for anybody, no matter how good you are.

I've just reminded the listeners on 5 live tonight of the Manchester United line-up and I told them that Daley Blind is not only playing left-back but he's also one of the centre-backs! I meant to say Eric Bailly at centre-back but for those who read the live text and listen to 5 live at the same time, and I recommend you do, they now have their correction!

  14. 'They are a dangerous team'published at 19:36 British Summer Time 27 September 2017

CSKA Moscow v Manchester United (19:45 BST)

    Manchester United

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho tells BT Sport: "This is just the second match against the team that is probably in the best position from all of us. They won the first match away from home. If you can qualify before the last match it is great.

"Ander Herrera is a player we entirely trust. He had a fantastic season last season and we have had a winning team this time, he has had to wait for his chance and he know this is about the squad. With injuries, he is in the starting line-up.

"I did not analyse Spartak Moscow's game against Liverpool, I saw it for a few minutes. I do not know if Liverpool dropped two points or won one. This is the best CSKA I have faced. I played against them for Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Chelsea and they are a dangerous team."

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte: "For sure it is a big test against a really good team. Atletico Madrid have played very good in the last few years in this competition and we must pay good attention. We want to see where we are.

"Eden Hazard deserves this chance and opportunity after a bad injury. It is not easy to recover but I think he is ready to play a big game and tonight is a big game."

  19. Basel v Benficapublished at 19:28 British Summer Time 27 September 2017

    Basel v Benfica (19:45 BST)

Manchester United fans should have one eye on the other Group A match between Basel and Benfica.

Swiss side Basel are one of the weaker teams in the competition but they shouldn't be taken for granted as they were responsible for knocking Liverpool out in 2014.

Their Portuguese opponents Benfica certainly have a proud European history and have two titles to their name.

However, their more recent success has come in the Europa League (runners-up in 2013 and 2014) so they too are one of the underdogs of the competition.

Both teams will be keen to pick up points tonight.
